“This was my first order and it was all very easy. What I needed (a hard to obtain Nikon lens) was only in stock at Calumet, the price was competitive and arrived the next day. Without doubt I'll be back for more gear next time. Recommended.”

“Excellent cloth covered traditional cable shutter release. Well made, very flexible, lightweight and smooth to operate. Screw-in cable lock much better than twist cam type used by modern vinyl covered cables.”

“Placed the Order in January and have still not had the order sent ???!!! Have been told repeatedly that the shipment from asia is still coming - and will be 4-5 weeks - this i have been told since febuary!!! Cant understand how Calumet is still in business? Not very Happy”

“Waste of time. Products stated in stock not in stock, Chose collection from store for a time sensitive shoot - no communication until I chased, barely an apology after chasing a second time, and after nearly a week I'm now abroad without film stock I needed. This company just isn't serious anymore. Much better stockists elsewhere, on the web and in store. Learnt my lesson and won't use again.”

“Products and packaging perfect, delivered fast and on time. Would be 5 stars but I can't understand why it was not possible to deliver to my work address as requested, where there is a receptionist on the front desk able to accept deliveries. Instead the packages had to be delivered to my home address when no-one was in, and so my neighbours had to be disturbed, twice. A minor inconvenience, marring an otherwise excellent service.”

“I wanted to buy a tripod. No idea what I needed, did no research ( I could have been taken to the cleaners ) . I was not. Good Q and A by the sales person resulted I me getting the product at a price good for my budget and did all I now know I wanted”

“The staff at this store are friendly, and very knowable, the location is a little hard to find for the fist time , but there is ample parking once you know where the store is. I shall do more of my photographic shopping at this store in the future.”

“Goods delivered promptly. I have yet to fully evaluate the Pocketwizard Plus X kit but its looking good to date. The Manfrotto Arch rectangular plate is an excellent device for use with my MHXPRO 3 way head; a great combination!”
