“lovely shop, very friendly stuff, super helpful and even helped me save money in choosing a lense and I will for sure will be a regular now. It also helps to know that you are in 10 mins walking distance and I did not even know about it :P”

“Contacted the Customer service number as needed a 5d MK 3 quick, they found one in Bristol and transferred it to Edinburgh so I could pick it up arrived when they said. Edinburgh staff were great when I called it hadn't arrived so they sorted out a hire 5d for me , I drove over from fife to collect it and when I arrived the one I had ordered had arrived and the manager had it ready for me to pick up. Cant thank them enough as photo session went ahead as planned. Thanks guys for all the help”

“Bought a new camera bag. Came in with my bag packed full of kit and the showroom staff were happy for me to repack it in several other possible bags so I could find out which worked for me before purchasing. Also explained some of the extra details on the bag with a good level of detailed knowledge. Actually came out of the store having purchased a smaller, less expensive bag than I had in mind when I went in (and that I might have chosen to purchase online). Happy friendly staff - a good purchasing experience.”

“The staff were extremely helpful with a great understanding of my needs. Prices are competitive and there is always a good stock available. I have always found that the staff have time to discuss my needs, and they don't try and sell the most expensive product or something which has more bells and whistles than I require. I recommend the in-store experience at Drummond Street as everything is neatly laid out and easy to view. There is no problem in asking how equipment works as everything is explained by knowledgeable staff.”

“Goods arrived promptly. However the Spydercheckr card is in a box 1/4" thick. Not sure why it needed such a huge box and postage of around £5! A padded envelope would have worked just as well”

“The staff member that helped me was very informative and really helped me to make what I believe was the best choice between two second-hand cameras. The fact that I was buying second hand and not very expensive equipment did not seem to make any difference in the level of service I received. The fact that I also got a 12 month warranty on the camera was great. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone considering new or second hand photographic equipment. I will definitely be going back there with an old camera that needs repairing.”

“I visited the shop after being recommended by Delkin. I purchased what I wanted (2 Delkin Black SD Memory Cards). Everything worked very well. The salesman was very efficient and nice. I am sure I will be a regular customer. I then was in a hurry so didn't spend much time to explore more items.”
