“The staff are always very helpful, very polite and very knowledgeable. They always answer my questions and are always happy to help. The product that I bought was very good value, I am very pleased with my purchase and I will go back there again. I would and have recommended Calumet to my friends”

“Everything arrived as expected, otherwise I would be giving a much lower mark. The lady I spoke with and placed the order was nice enough, but when I suggested the card I was using was registered to an address in the UAE, the tone of the conversation changed quite quickly. She explained how the delivery address needed to be the same, so I said "hmmm ok, no problem, I'll use my UK credit card instead". Whilst this should have cleared and doubt that I was in fact a normal customer and not some criminal using other peoples credit cards, she was clearly suspicious but I let it go and thought nothing more of it. What I wasn't happy about however was her calling me back a few hours later and asking questions about other residents at the property. I had after all given her a UK credit card, in my name, registered to the delivery address. When I questioned this I was told it was "because I had a low credit rating". Sorry, but I doubt that.”

“I bought a Black Rapid sling from Calumet. They price matched over the telephone and the sling arrived the following morning. Brilliant. You really cannot complain about that. Great service, best price.”

“Calumet Birmingham are always extremely helpful, however I did have to ring twice to chase my delivery! But this does not change my view of calumet as the staff and service every other time has been exemplary and something that should be greatly rewarded. I am always happy with the products and backdrops I receive and the advice. A very knowledgeable team!”

I ordered a new Canon lens and when we finished with the paper work he said: ,,Enjoy your new lens!" I think he knows how is that feels. I like that. Good service, well done. “I visited calumet store on it's open day at Birmingham. I bought canon's latest 24-70mm f4 is lens and calumet's own travel bag. The help I got from the staff was brilliant. He answered all my questions and helped me decide to buy the matching lens for my canon 6d bought at calumet stall in photography show 2015. All in all I am very satisfied with calumet's services and competitive prices. I keep visiting calumet.co.uk for discounts and offers :-) Thank you Calumet I'll visit your store or online shop soon.”

“I've had to purchase around 7K worth of camera kit this spring and because of previous experience with Calumet and its proximity to where I live it was my first and preferred point of call. The frustrating experience started with my details not appearing on your system although I have been a customer for years. The first person I talked to was unable to tell me whether the camera I was after (C100 Mark II) was available and asked me to speak to a superior who would be available the next day. When I called the next day this person was not in and other staff was unable to help. I finally spoke to a friendly person after the weekend, which was a waste of time as he didn't follow up and had gone on holiday. So I had to talk to yet another person. Each time I had to spell out my name as if I was a new customer as none of the people I talked to added me to the system and no profile was created. I eventually received an estimate once the person was back from holiday of the items but apparently it was not possible to say how long it would take to get the camera from Canon. Hence I decided to get the kit from another company who had no problem telling me exactly when Canon would be shipping it to their warehouse and when I would receive the package at my Central London address. The price was lower as well. Since then I've bought a Manfrotto bag at your Drummond Street shop and received excellent service from a friendly sales person (oriental looking man) who finally made a customer profile for me. Also I'm hiring kit from you today. Still, it frustrates me when I think of how I was undermined previously when I was willing to spend all that money.”

“I ordered a couple of items on day one and they were delivered on day two. All items were there as ordered. The Pro Series bag I ordered is excellent and is just what I needed and at the sale price was great value.”

“overall good service, just a suggestion though. there should be an easier way to change your password online. if you forget your security answer the only way to get into your account is to phone up. otherwise all very good”
