“Purchased a five roll pack of Kodak tri-x from the Calumet website. Unit price only £20.00, delivery price was another £5 something. Goods arrived within two days, very well packed no chance of damage. Would you calumet again.”

“Impressive next day delivery with main item but, disappointed that I have not yet received the LP-E6N battery for the camera as the offer made. Maybe it is still on back order! I have received the compact flash card which was also included when ordering. This was a back order also. Maybe someone can let me know when the battery will be sent.”

“Simple and effective material to use. The question is whether the generator actually powers the Nikon SB-910? Apparently is the case. I now use regularly for events and this seems to work properly. The only small criticism is the charger. I work in Switzerland and the electrical outlets are made in GB. For international customers, it is useful to note.”

“The store is very near Euston station so easy to get to and they have a wide variety of products, but not many within each range. The staff are perhaps too fast to approach you and loiter making it hard to just look and I did have to correct them on a few things that they got wrong about the products I was looking at as I had previously done my research online.”

“I purchased two backdrops for calumet both were more expensive than warehouse express and I wanted to use their "price promise". Nobody got back to me after confirming over the phone that I would get a refund of the difference for one of the backdrops. I heard nothing from them. The delivery time was delayed significantly and was supposed to be next day and took a week to receive the item after two calls to chase it up, as it had not been actioned the first time. Overpriced and poor service for my first shopping experience. I will stick exclusively to warehouse express as they are cheaper and more reliable.”

“Calumet are a very good shop and the services is excellent, I have bought several items from them and the services as been second to none, a lot better than any other shop I have used, they still take the time to give advice and there is no pressure to buy the item being discussed, if you pay a little more for your product at Calumet, the service and confidence you get knowing they will fix any unlikely problems is worth the money. Barry.”

“It was well worth the 15 mile trip to Calumet Manchester. The amount of equipment that they hold in stock is amazing. It is a lot better to see and hold the item you are buying rather than just looking at a picture of it online. The sales staff were very helpful.”

“I have been a keen amateur for many years and always had an interest in photography more so since the digital image came on board with respect to the advances in technology. I recently purchased a new canon 7D and only needed a compact flash card. I tried quite a few places to no avail, Calumet had exactly what I wanted. What a pleasure it is to see a proper camera shop.
