“I have just ordered two items by next day delivery. One - a Low Pro back pack- was ordered on a Thursday and it took until Monday afternoon to arrive. The second - a be free Manfrotto tripod -was ordered on a Monday and arrived promptly the next morning. I was a bit annoyed about the first delivery but the second one made up for it. I received some very good advice over the phone about what travel tripod to buy.”

“The service we received was friendly and efficient. The technical information was explained in a language which I could understand, which was very helpful. I was disappointed that Calumet did not put a battery into the camera so that I really could get a better feel for it. Nevertheless I have the camera and I am very pleased with the photographs I have taken in the first few days I will be going back to Calumet.”

“I do a lot of wildlife photography and so the lighter the gear, the better. However light doesn't always mean quality. and quality usually means expensive... Carrying a tripod around with a Pentax K5 and Sigma 150-500 lens, is far to cumbersome, even if that tripod is light. So I came to Calumet, checked out a few of the Monopods and finally went for the Calumet own brand "8106 5-section 8x carbon fibre monopod" Delivery was speedy and on opening the box, I found not only an incredibly well built piece of kit but it comes with a 5 year warranty on top.... and with a max load of 14lbs, it handles the Pentax and Sigma with ease. Now I can walk about in the woods, across fields and this thing is so light, I hardly know it's there. Come with a very handy case, which sadly won't hold the monopod with the head fitted, which is a shame.. However, for the quality of build and the fact that it is carbon fibre and incredibly light, for the price it is extremely good value for money. I have not done a great deal of business with Calumet Photogrophic. but what I have done, has been worth every penny, the quality of equipment, the speed of service and of course the prices are all very good. I would highly recommend them, if you are looking for a camera, lens or any piece of photo equipment.”

“The reason for my low rating is i ordered two matthews blade frames on 4th March, i was told it would take up to 4 weeks as they come from the USA, no problem im going on annual leave they will be here when i get back. So its April i phone them to see where my order is, told that there was a problem with the supplier and they had not arrived, i was told them they had no date for delivery and they could not give me anymore information. Rolling onto May i call again and chase the order and get told someone would contact me back, they did which is a bonus but only to be told it will be two more weeks before they arrive. I have spent a lot of money with Calumet through my business and personal accounts and asked for a goodwill gesture / discount for the wait and was clearly told there is nothing they can offer. Come on i was not asking for much just something to say sorry for the delay. The frames arrived middle of May.”
