“First time using this site. Item was as described and very well packaged. Only issue was a problem in posting (whether that be Calumet's fault or the courier's fault I do not know), Calumet took a few days to respond but did eventually refund the next-day postage costs.”

“I went to Calumet to find a solution for interview lighting. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable, and my request were quickly met with practical and confident answers. On that particular day I was in desperate need of equipment for a job that afternoon, and Calumet did everything they could to ensure that I left with tools for the job. Couldn't speak more highly of them.”

“What an amazing company. Not only did they do me a price match but they also worked so hard to ensure that the service was there. I needed the camera for an event that evening so I called ahead and asked if they would charge the batteries. There was no problem to do so. Not only that but they helped me with the set up too-- adjusting the strap that took ages. I really cant believe how kind and helpful they were. Genuinely (I really don't own any stock in this business), the service was second to none!”

“Delivery is as quick as the lens I just ordered! I ordered the Nikon 50 mm 1.8 last Thursday and this was available fir pick up the day after. Exception service. As a plus point - Ronnie the sales person in the Edinburgh branch is polite, knowledgeable and always happy to help. Calumet are a company who deserve business and i'm more than happy to support them by buying locally. Thank you for great advice, great service and great products.”

“A made a preliminary query by telephone and received good, knowledgeable advice about the printers I was considering. When I made the purchase delivery was prompt and FedEx very good at re-scheduling delivering after initial failures.”

“I have been waiting to get to a salesperson for a while - to be able to get his valuable help, but once I asked the questions, he was able to give me a good advice to meet my needs. I ended up buying twice as expensive equipment because of the advantages I was clearly presented with. Good sales approach. My invoice was wrong though and I wasn't asked to check it before printing - as long as the name matched, it was good to go, so here is a minus. Overall 9/10 experience.”

“After finding Calumet Photographic online for the most competitive deal on a G-Raid 4TB Thunderbolt hard drive, I went ahead and purchased the drive. Unfortunately, through luck of the draw, I received a dead drive - no spin up or power. So i phoned Calumet straight away, Sunday night, they came back to me first thing on Monday and immediately arranged a courier to come and collect the unit and drop off a replacement hard drive. Stella customer service, very apologetic and great to see a company act on it immediately instead of taking the "usual 10 day refund/return policy" most other suppliers have. Very happy customer”
