“When my first Fujifilm X100s proved faulty and up repairable, Calumet went the extra mile to help resolve the problem. They were able to have it replaced with a brand new X100s which has been a joy to use. The X100s is a simple but advanced camera allowing me to be lazy, using in full automatic, or explore the fully manual settings and RAW settings. The optical viewfinder is a joy to use and, when the occasion arises, the EVF is great when using the camera close up. It's works well with my other Fujifilm camera, the X-Pro1 working with with my 18, 35 & 60 mm fujifilm lenses. I can't recommend highly enough, the staff at Calumet in Glasgow, you will not find a better group of camera enthusiasts who will go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied with whatever you need.”

“I placed my order at about 23:00 on a Thursday. I expected the next day delivery if ordered before 3pm to result in a delivery on the following Monday. At 09:30 on the Monday morning the FedEx man was knocking on my door. What more could I ask for ?”

“These guys really are the real deal. Good advice and excellent customer care. Although being served at the Drummond Street store can be bit slow, it's worth the wait because staff are courteous and knowledgeable.”

“Good, friendly, open and honest sales advice. I would buy all my gear at Calumet if the bodies and lenses were competitive but alas they are not. Not expensive, but not ahead of the bunch at all. Such a shame. Still a great shop though and the sensor cleaning service is highly recommended!”

“Very pleased with not only the service and quick response but also that I purchased a Calumnet branded rolling camera bag. I have to say that it is exactly what I was after yet it was half the price of the other brands and in my opinion much better in its design.”

“I got a very good deal on a flashgun whilst visiting the classic car show. I initially had a problem in making the flash operate with my camera. I emailed Calumet and got a swift and helpful response that resolved the issue for me. Overall a very good service thank you.”

“The sales assistants at the Glasgow branch were as always helpful, informative and interested in what I was doing as a professional photographer in order to help me make the correct choice of product, I have been buying equipment from the Glasgow branch for the past decade or so and have never had any reason to complain, I would like to in particular highlight the knowledge and engaging personality of Tommy Roger who has always, I felt, kept my best interests at the forefront of any transaction.”
