“My connection with Calumet in Birmingham started many years ago and I have always found them to offer the level of service which all retailers should aspire. They have always been extremely helpfull with advice together with very good prices. I can not fault them and I hope to be a customer for many years to come”

“Whether I am buying new or have a difficulty with a malfunctioning part, staff at Calumet go the extra yard to help. I appreciate this and will return even if Calumet are slighting more costly than 'pilethemhigh.com'. I have also attended a few seminars and, like their sales activity, seminars have been excellent value, with speakers who are willing to spend time discussing solutions to my challenges. I have also bought Calumet own products. When I have (rarely) had a component failure Calumet staff have sorted the fault out quickly, efficiently and without fuss. For me, Calument is Win-Win.”

“I have always found the staff at Calumet to be most helpful and efficient, in the main sometimes certain members of staff inform me that tens are not available when my telephone call informs me that they are. The manager is very helpful and is a credit to the store. sincerely Marc de Henrie”

“Went in with £1000 to spend on new camera with zoom lens for nature pics. Had no idea what was on the market or what I wanted. Guy that served me was brilliant! Extremely knowledgeable, patient, customer focussed and generally just incredibly pleasant. Came out with something I was very happy with, and have been ever since.”

“Always excellent advice and staff very helpful and many have a dry wit which I imagine encourages further sales to customers but interaction is never forced. A pity that the Glasgow branch does not have a hire capability: for hi-res back, studio gear or HD video hardware to 50mbs BBC standard.”

“Superb service from an excellent Calumet Branch. The Belfast branch are always extremely helpful when I am purchasing from them and nothing is too much trouble for Angus and his team. Would strongly recommend fellow photographers buy their equipment and consumables from Calumet Belfast. You won't be disappointed.”

“Over the years I have spent a lot of money with Calumat and have regarded them as a one stop shop. Until I purchased a simple cokin filter. Becasue of the way the Cokin filters numbers are set up, I managed to order the same filter twice. Reading the delivery note it said the item could not be returned because it was a special order although the filter was a common graduated one. it was not mentioned as a special order on the Calumet website. I re-ordered the filter from another on line retailer, it arrived next day and was cheaper. Will now shop around. Calumet Not a one stop shop !”
