“I was served by a female assistant. I wish I had got her name because she was excellent. She was helpful, funny (making a joke about her size) and smiled which lets face it... is a rarity in Old London Town.”

“Was helped by Paul in the Glasgow branch who went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. I was so impressed with his responsiveness (he called me back numerous times to update on the order) and was a superb help. Staff also gave great advice over the phone when I needed help. They all seemed genuinely happy to assist.”

“Wide range a pro gear with prices at all levels by pro I mean quality products rather than cheaper versions of filters etc. Good back up service- seminars etc. to learn how to use your gear.”

“Calumet has aways been my preferred supplier of camera equipment and accessories. As a professional I have bought a lot of equipment over the years. Recently, a faulty camera which the maker would not recognise as faulty, was replaced free of charge by Calumet. This is excellent customer service, and I shall continue to buy all my equipment from them.”

“A very helpful guy at the counter. I was buying a midrange DSLR for my wife, and he immediately suggested a b-stock Nikon 5200 for considerably less than it would have been new. Happy with the purchase, and very happy with the service!”

“I have paid for a portable battery pack for my flash but it is not in stock; your service should include a way of keeping me informed of the likely date of the purchase being available and when it is likely to be despatched. So far, you have only acknowledged receiving my payment. If I were to buy from Amazon and other online retailers, they would make it clear that they valued my purchase, were aware of the item being out of stock but would clearly indicate what is likely to happen next and this would be reassuring. Your service seems remote; and I hope I won't be forgotten.”

“Recently I bought a new Pro DSLR and kits from Calumet. I really like the advice and help to select the gear I liked. I nearly spent about 3-4 hours and went through various brands and models. I really would like to thank the guy at the counter for being very patience with me and showing the cameras and lenses until I decided to settle with one. Very professional service and no pressure.”
