“Bought a backpack,took over 2 hours to choose what I hope is the best one for me. Staff friendly and helpful. Left me alone but were there when needed. They even offered suggestions making choosing longer lol. I will be back.”

“I had to make an urgent buy as I had not prepared well enough. Checked online that everything was in stock and visited the store in Birmingham within the hour. Picked up all I needed and was helped by very friendly and knowledgable staff. Will definitely use again.”

“Very good telephone service, advice and order fulfillment. Only downside is despite asking parcel bear no company name/logo (purchase was a gift and recipient fully aware of Calumets product range) not only did the parcel arrive with emblazoned logo but I then received not 1 but 2 copy invoices complete with emblazoned company logo which gift recipient picked up. Consequence was birthday surprise spoiled:(”

“During my first visit to Calumet ( Birmingham ) i was welcomed as if i was a long standing and valued customer . I was shown items i was interested in and the salesman explained and demonstrated the items in detail. I did not feel the salesman was trying to sell me the most expensive , but the most practical to my need's. All in all a very relaxing and pleasant shopping experience, i will certainly be using Calumet in the future for my photography equipment as my hobby grows . Thank you Calumet.”

“Excellent service but your couriers FedEx yet again delivered to number 8 and not number 9. Your address is correct on the delivery note but FedEx transpose it to number 8 on the paperwork. They have done this before, Interesting they delivered two parcels from you one addressed to number 9 and the other to number 8. Fortunately my neighbours redirected the courier.”

“Always a good service. Glad there is a little more effort on the film photography side. With an increase in film users in the usa im sure we will follow. Consider the stills gallery in edinburgh, they promote their darkrooms, may be an option to increase sales.”
