“I use Calumet as my first port of call for all my photographic equipment needs. The staff genuinely have excellent product knowledge and when I've had issues with new equipment Calumet have fallen over themselves to be helpful and resolve issues with manufacturers. All in all a fist class service.”

“I ordered a Bowens softbox over the Christmas period. It arrived in double quick time on the next available delivery day. Quality of the softbox is excellent. The box came with a speedring and a Bowens speedring adapter. The adapter has three prongs that fit into the flash head. These are larger than any other set of prongs and I need to file them down to fit, annoying but a simple job.”

“I found the shop well stocked and the staff very helpful. I made an enquiry about filters for micro four thirds cameras and received a very thorough reply with computer generated information included. Prices are generally competitive with other internet and street suppliers. The young man ,George, who helped me in the Manchester store was very polite, patient and understanding of lack of knowledge.”

“First couple of purchases online recently. One never arrived, the other had a bit missing. Nothing major but no one has yet rectified either problem 3 weeks later! I spent £1000 in store in Soho when I bought my first DSLR last year and the guys there were pretty miserable now that I think of it.”

“This is the second time I have had a sensor cleaned by Calumet. On the first occasion the cleaning was flawless, this time however it was not. The original marks on the sensor were removed but new more easily seen marks remained. I was informed upon collection of the camera that one mark could not be removed but upon inspection there turned out to be numerous marks.
