“I recently purchased a tripod from Calumet Manchester and the only one they had in stock of the model I was interested in was a floor display model. I asked if they would offer a slight reduction in the price considering it had been unpackaged and on the floor, but the request was refused.”

“I had reason to visit Calumet recently for a non photograpic need. My Childrens xbox kinect no less needed to be mounted above the tv and was struggling to find a product in the open market. Having explained my need, we explored several options and found the perfect solution, the quality of the products and price where second to none. The knowledge of the staff was impressive and educational. Its comfortable and professional experience visiting Calumet. I will certainly keep then in mind for my future photograhic needs.”

“Placed order on website before Christmas, all was showing in stock and even with the holiday season I still thought I would get items in good time. Wrong returned in the new year and still no sign of order, so I phoned up to be told on back order (had already paid and in stock when order placed)hadn't been called or emailed to be informed of this. So thanks guys still waiting for two items.......”

“Staff very approachable, and gave me very good advice! I'm only an amateur photographer, and am not too aware of different lenses, but the staff took the tine to explain things to me in an effective calm manner. Very pleased with the customer service! “I am always confident that when I go to Calumet Manchester I am going to get great service. They know me because I buy most of my gear from there. I don't like buying expensive gear from the internet. Also, I like to take my time. Staff at Calumet have no problem with this.”
