“Very pleased with the prompt delivery of the item ordered and would not hesitate to buy from this company in the future. Awaiting delivery of the accompanying free item but understand this delay is down to it being out of stock at the time of inputting my order.”

“when a company charges for postage i expect quick expedited delivery..4 days later film still hasn't arrived..and i have departed on my shoot without it! poor poor service”

“Overall, the service received was OK but there were a couple of areas where I felt the service could be improved: - Notification of when the item was likely to be delivered was inaccurate and I had to ring to get the information. I felt this should have been provided proactively and updated in the light of expected deliveries; - There was little communication on the actual day of delivery to (a) confirm the item was actually due for delivery that day and (b) there is no facility to track the status of the item. Many retailers now use systems that narrow down the likely delivery time to a specific hour which I find extremely helpful.”

“I have recently purchased three items from Calumet. Two of the items I received immediately the next day, but a week later, I am still waiting for my third item. Not sure, what happened. About to give Calumet a call.”

“As a novice, walking into a professional photography shop for the first time was slightly intimidating but once in and talking to a member of staff I was put at ease. Extremely helpful staff, knew exactly what I needed and gave excellent advice. Sadly not everything was in stock but they managed to source it at another branch.”

“I purchased the Calumet On-Site Smoke Muslin Background Kit and white muslin. The equipment exceeded my expectations and the price was really good. I was also surprised and over the moon with the delivery. Next day for the kits and a few days later for the white muslin that was on back order. I could not fault the service in any way and will definitely use again ......... Thank you”

“The assistant at your Manchester branch was very helpful. I was looking for a camera plate for my Manfrotto tri pod and your assistant kindly offer the Calumet alternative as a less expensive alternative. He also ran through the Manfrotto heads as I had asked him about slight movement on my ball head. All in all it was a great shopping experience and I would use you again.”

“I have used the mail order form Calumet before and found them to be good. Recently I have placed two orders one for a printer which arrived within two days, packaged like a "baby" to protect it and it is excellent and arrived safely, so very impressed. I am however, still awaiting the additional bits that were offered with the printer but have been told these will arrive as soon as they arrive in stock, however, these do not impact upon the main product. Price was competitive and better than many. The delivery service was excellent and the care taken to package the product far exceeded expectations. I can highly recommend the purchase of products by Calumet and will be using them on a more frequent basis in future, either byway of online orders or a trip to the "toy shop" in London which is rather like an Aladdin's Cave. :-)”

“I'm a pro photographer and have used Calumet (Glasgow store) for many years and they have never let me down. Staff are professional, they know the business and the equipment they sell and are happy to offer genuine advice rather than to try and make the biggest sale. They are always on hand to help with fantastic after-sales service too. I've also ordered online with Calumet and it's always gone perfectly well. Highly recommended.”

“Ordered lens and lithium batteries for next day delivery. Lens arrived - no sign of batteries. No contact to say baytteries would be late. Spoke to customer services - if you can call them that - and very laid back man told me they are going to be a "bit late as they are coming from Belfast!" When someone orders next day delivery I think you can take it that they need them next day delivery. No apologies from customer service guy either. Think it is safe to say I won't be using them again”

“My order was "lost" for several days - no communication re delivery - money was of course extracted from my account . In the end I had to call Calumet to find out what was happening- was told my item should have been "Picked" but had not been . Promised to do so immediately which they did as I got it next day ( nearly a week late ! )”
