“The Calumet webshop service is surprisingly poor. We have ordered from Calumet several times over the years. In our experience, service has dropped to an unacceptable level. This last time, we ordered products listed as "In Stock". Still, Calumet waited 9 days to ship. After almost three weeks, we contacted Calumet to notify customer service that we still had not received our order. Calumet reported back to us, that unfortunately, our shipment had been delivered to the wrong country. Subsequent to this notification – Calumet has not followed up at all. No new delivery schedule. No update. No nothing. Calumet collected their money from our credit card, days before shipping. We have cancelled the order and asked for a full refund. As of yet, we have not received a cancellation confirmation or our refund. Simply unprofessional and unacceptable. :- ( Bibow Design & Imagery Corp. Denmark”

“Your staff are too tied up behind the counter to actually engage with people around the shop floor.You need to have staff freely available to help prospective buyers as they browse through all the array of equipment at hand.”

“Visited Manchester store. Came in,got good advise,purchased then left. As simple as that. Only downside was waiting to be served because other customers were getting the same good service. Good things come to those who wait :) If quiet staff will find time for a natter.”

“Great shopping experience. Staff brilliant very helpful. Which is a major turnaround from my 2014 visit as I certainly would not have went back. I was advised by a fellow photographer trainee I would be better off shopping in Glasgow as the staff were more helpful and they were so right. 2015 visit was brilliant staff very helpful 100%”

“The staff were super helpful. I had lots of questions about a few bits of kit and the guy who served me was very knowledgable. When I asked to see some bits out of the box he happily spent time with me. He also helped me with info on flash triggers, even through I had said I wouldn't be buying it that day and helped me work out the most cost-effective system for what I wanted. Will be back.”

“Recently I was had a flash go faulty and required a replacement urgently. Alan Reilly was excellent and ensured I was able to hire a suitable replacement at short notice and within my clients time frame. I cannot thank him and the team in Glasgow enough.”
