“Great advice on the Fuji lens I went into buy; speedy service; also guidance & suggestions on lighting equipment yet to buy... Added to all this they kindly did a firmware upgrade on my Fuji camera The guy's know there 'stuff'; they are helpful & professional, I recommend them to everyone.”

“Chose product online (Nikon D7100) - spoke to agent for info, and placed order by phone. Arrive by 10.00am next working day (free delivery). Excellent service. I know camera will be superb as I already own a Nikon D7000.”

“I booked a training day on line. The event description was very clear, booking easy and the payment system straightforward. by the time I had clicked over to my email, a receipt/confirmation were already in my in-box. No complaints at all”

“I ordered two products over a month ago and they still haven't arrived. I tracked my order and one was shipped a couple days ago and the other product has no details at all on it. Maybe I'll recieve that one by 2016. Won't be ordering online with calumet again.”

“The Backdrop was exactly as described. Although one thing. It requires a two people to set up. This would have been easier if the backdrop came with clips to avoid the paper from slipping, as we required a lot of tape to get it to hold. As for the Stand, there was no manual that came along with my purchase but luckily it was very straight forward setting up.”

“I recently purchased a new Canon 7D Mark 2 in Calumet's Glasgow premises. While I was slightly disappointed not to be allowed to handle the camera before purchase "because we don't have a demonstrator" the purchase process itself was carried out in a friendly, efficient manner.”

“I have to say that the guy who served me was extremly helpful and friendly. Something which Calumet has lacked in the past. Usually the service is someone unhelpful or unfriendly but this guy was the complete opposite. The new store layout is good.”
