“Could not fault the salesman with whom I dealt .He even organised a seat and coffee for my wife and myself .Followed sale with phone call to confirm delivery. Very good customer relations. Will use company again.”

“I stumbled on Calumet at the weekend despite living 100m away from it for two years! The staff were extremely helpful and they had a wide range in stock. My only criticism is that I have to add it to my list of Edinburgh's "hidden" gems! Great store, great staff attention and would highly recommend it.”

“I telephoned the Wardour Street branch who arranged to get a black Fuji XE-2 body to the branch for the following day and inform me by phone of arrival. This they did, and when in store I received excellent service and advice, as always, and purchased a 23mm 1.4 lens as well. I always get friendly, efficient, no-pressure help from the staff here on top of which I enjoy my visits.”

“Product is good however, I ordered the film on the 19th December and it said it would get to me within the week, yet it had still not been delivered in January no email was sent to update me on the delay. After a phone call, a very nice man who told me that it was not in stock until a couple of weeks. The product did arrive until late January.”

“Calumet is a great place for camera equipment. Resonable prices too. Ordered my student membership on Friday and arrived by 9:30am Monday. This will really help me throughout my studies. Love the bag it came with too!! Only thing down side about the Glasgow store, is when our class visited for an open day event, they didn't seem very welcoming. We may be students just now, and many may not have the funds to have bought items there and then, but we are the next generation of professional photographers and over time, our kit bags will increase and so will the money we make. On the other hand, one of the woman in the class was going to buy an expensive lens, but the lack of warm welcoming she had, talked her out of it and she took her business else where.”

“I was unable to apply the advertised discount code to my online order at checkout. I called customer services and they quickly identified the problem and took my order over the phone with 15% discount applied. This order was for a Lowepro Digital Video DSLR 250AW backpack. The discounted price was by far the cheapest advertised online. Backpack was ordered on Saturday and delivered on Tuesday morning. Thanks Calumet, great price and excellent service.”

“I went into the store in Drummond Street being quite certain about what tripod I wanted. The guy who served me gave me numerous options and explained the pros and cons of each - including the Calumet model. He was well informed on various issues and extremely patient and friendly! Great service where you are made to feel like a valued customer!”

“Bought the Manfrotto 190 with head just brilliant also got the flex arm attachment also great only one thing was the web site didn't mention i needed a screw adapter to fit this on and this was not carried by calumet so i had to buy from Manfrotto at a extra £10 inc post so was unable to use the arm when i needed. But still a good deal .”
