“Excellent service and quick delivery from Calumet Photographic! I unfortunately had to make a return as the lens was not suitable, but the return transaction was very easy and they were very efficient. Top marks!!”

“Generarlly I'm really happy with Calumet. All the staff I have met in the shop (London) or spoken to or had email contact with have been very helpful. I would strongly recommend them and their products to people. Some of my items were out of stock (from 12th January 2015) but generally the web team have kept me up to date with orders. I have just chased again today though (7th Feb) as I have not heard anything for a week. Also, one item was cheaper online elsewhere and a refund was issued immediately which was great.”

“The product is admittedly at a very good price but while a confirmation of purchase email was received, no details were provided on when I might receive the product. When after a week I hadn't received it I started to get worried. It arrived a week and a half after I made the purchase on line. There was also no 'your item has been dispatched' email or tracking number. When people like Amazon are doing such a good job getting items to you in a matter of days and delivery times are always made clear and tracking numbers on even the cheapest products, the service from Calumet is simply not in the same league. I want to support independent retailers and not just giants like Amazon but on the strength of this purchase, I would hesitate before buying from them again.”

“Paid a visit to the Drummond Street, London, store after spying a lens that I was interested in. Online browsing didn't provide all the answers that I was looking for with regard to its compatibility with my camera, but the sales assistant was able to confirm everything I needed to know - bought the lens there and then.”

“I bought two "tripod" bags on Calumet's website and found the transaction very straightforward. I would have preferred a Paypal option but hopefully this will come in time. Delivery was very quick. The bags were Calumet's own brand and are very good quality items, well suited to their actual intended purpose of holding lighting stands and modifiers plus their various brackets.”

“I use Calumet because they are the only remaining high street photographic retailer I have access to. The staff are knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and always very helpful. It's a shame my nearest Calumet is an hours drive away but their online offers and service are easily accessible. I am happy to pay a little bit more for products through Calumet simply because of the personal service they offer. Long Live Calumet!!”
