“I bought a filter from you and attack a very long time to arrive. When it did finally arrive it was the wrong size. I now have to wait another two weeks after waiting for almost a month initially.”

“Bought a Spyder 4 Elite and used it to calibrate a high end Canon projector. The result is quite amazing. Very easy to use. Abrilliant piece of kit.”

“I would put this somewhere between normal and poor. I ordered on the 12 th. of january and one the site it said all items where in stock. Order was delivered on 11 th. of february. Given I am in Denmark, and need help with the VAT deduction, witch I got and that is a great service for me. Still the order could have arrived a lot faster and was promised to be shipped a couple of times before it went out. Great products and they do the best to help, but they need to keep promises a bit better :) Recommend the shop but not if you need something on a heavy deadline :)”

“Very pleasant experience. Had done research online then came in to Calumet to talk through more details, the staff was very knowledgeable and provided some more things for us to think about and let us play a bit with the cameras. Ended up purchasing an amazing Nikon D5300 and have been enjoying it ever since!”

“Ive been visiting and studied with Calumet over the past year and found my experience every time I visit very enjoyable. The staff are extremely knowledgeable in all technical aspects, friendly and always looking to demonstrate the new product. James has been a star and always very ready to help Photographers push their skills to the next level by introducing them to new and exciting equipment, let's take for instance the new light cube retailed at 515 and offered Continuos light and one can also manually control the light to manipulate shots, built with a LED light it can gurantee not to overheat and will last at least 8-10 years , a great product for both interiors and portraits. I have noticed all staff at Calumet are this way and do not offer a hard sell leaving the buyer with a sence of freedom to purchase. I have booked and appointment to test out some full frame cameras and understand the studio lighting better , from here I will short list my equipment and look to purchase from Calumet In the next month. Yes you may find cheaper prices on line, but the assurance that Calumet is a trusted company and have staff who are always willing to help makes paying a little extra easier. “I ordered 3 roles of background paper for my studio. One came in the morning as advertised and then two others arrived sometime after. I wasn't told that there would be two separate deliveries. I only found out when I rang customer services. Poor communication”

“As always everything about my order with Calumet went well. The backdrops were easy to locate on the website with a large selection. The ordering process was easy and quick. My delivery arrived within 2 days, arrived undamaged and well protected. All round excellent service as always”
