“Lack of available stock and lack of a smile from any staff is always a downer. Calumet still cuts it but only just. They need to decide who their market really is - i would have spent more if they had taken any time to sell me stuff. I had to point out the offers showing were ignored on my bill so they refunded me as 'the system doesn't update itself'. The Pro photographer is heading online for a reason.”

“I purchased through the website and everything was in stock. One week later nothing received so i contacted them only to be told they are awaiting for stock. A simple email would have been fine to tell me the situation. Hence the poor review.”
