“hello, i didn't make a purchase from calumet as the price was £300 more than i was offered else where and when i went back to see if they could match, it seemed i had to do to much sending of the quote i had and then wait and see if directors would then deem it ok to match the quote so i bought the items i needed from the other company and received them the next morning before 9 am, which was great as i only paid for them at 4.30 pm. This company was Aj's. I do use calumet for hire equipment and will try to buy again but cost is important”

“The lady I spoke to (Emma) was extremely helpful, understanding my request quickly and explaining the range of options in a helpful and clear way. She gave me enough information to help me make a decision but not so much as to baffle me! All-in-all a very helpful experience and I will be back - and recommend others happily!”

“Knowledgable, non pushy, helpful staff to help select technical products, you can hold the cameras (or other kit) and try them out, you just don't get either of those on a website. I went to Drummond St, London, I'm lucky I don't have to travel far, but even if I did, it would still be a 'destination' shop.”

“I bought the student membership as i spend quite a bit of money on paper and film and will be moving onto digital very soon. The pack sent was good and the film will come in handy! I'm sure i will also use the one to one session when next in london”

“I had the pleasure today of paying my fourth visit to the Edinburgh branch of Calumet and of , once again, being served by John Douglas, this time to gain instruction in how to use Adobe Lightroom. Every time I go to this store I am greeted in a friendly manner by staff and there is always a clear desire on the part of all staff to be of assistance. When I previously purchased a variety of items the advice given was excellent as it was based on meeting the customer's needs and not on maximising profits for the company. Today's Lightroom session was extremely helpful as no question was too "stupid" and John didn't focus on the time allocation but on ensuring that I was able to understand and benefit from his instruction and advice. I really do commend Calumet Edinburgh on its approach to customer service and satisfaction.”

“The salesman showed me that the lens would fit in the bag by getting out a tamron 150-600mm. This was crucial asi am only in london occasionally”

“I went to Calumet Manchester for advice about repairs and service for 2 of my cameras. Initially I spoke to Holly and Jack on the telephone and both were extremely helpful. When I visited the store, I met Holly and Jack and they were very friendly, as were all the other staff. I would highly recommend Calumet to friends, thanks.”
