“I'm not a professional photographer and consequently wasn't really aware of Calumet, until a bit an internet trawl. I'd been lusting over a Fuji XT1 for some time and although I'd been pointed at WEX by a colleague, Calumet's combination of online and regional stores easily tipped the balance. Being able to pop in to my local branch, talk to an expert and get a feel for the camera was invaluable. Haven't hesitated in recommending them to my colleagues, including the WEX one!.”

“I am a regular customer. I would like to thank officially all the staff for all the technical support they always provided me during my purchases. They also helped me, in more that one occasion, to cover some technical gaps that I found with some tools of my equipment. A special thanks to Mr John and Mr Ronnie for helping me choosing the right tools for my projects and for helping me to overcome some difficulties and for answering to lots of questions ( some of them even sillies). “CREATIVE WORKSHOP. This workshop was excellent, The title for the day was a little misleading because the tuition is more on the basics of studio lighting and not particularly creative, but it was very enjoyable and Danielle was excellent and passed her knowledge on in a clear in a easy to understand way. All in all a very good day.”

“The level of service from Calumet is appalling, nobody follows up calls or return calls when they say they will, even when you raise your concerns with a customer service manager and they promise a return call. On another note, I have purchased three Calumet bags over the last three years, all of which have broken zips, which are not covered under warranty. This was now the last time I will buy online with Calumet (I may still visit my local branch) but for sure it's the last time I'll purchase a Calumet branded product.”

“Hi I made a couple of purchases on 21/20/2015 It was Paul Christie who help me he Listened and advise me in what I wanted to purchase and could not fault him A very long time ago I was in retail and they way which Paul Christie help me when I was in retail I hope I served the customer the same way list and be polite which Paul Christie was an Excellent service Gregor Reid”

“I am still waiting for the purchase to arrive in store. I bought it on Thursday afternoon and was told it would be delivered on Friday afternoon at the latest. I called in on Friday lunchtime to be told it had not been dispatched, (something to do with the printer in the Glasgow store) but it would be here on Saturday. Failing that definitely on Monday, without fail. The salesman assured me he would phone to let me know it had arrived. I called them on Monday lunchtime to be told it hadn't arrived but it was coming from Glasgow! I am still waiting, in the meantime something I ordered from the USA on Friday arrived this morning.”
