“I purchased a Color Munki from Calumet back in Nov 2014. The zipper was defective (not Calumet's fault) and it came apart in Feb 2015. The case is used as part of the calibration process. Calumet said that I could send the entire unit back for a replacement (they did not quibble). But I wanted to keep using it, so they made arrangements with the manager at Calumet Birmingham and I simply popped in and swapped the case. No hassle. I had been looking for a good price for a Canon 50mm 1.4 lens and knew the prices and I saw one in the shop and bought it. It was the best price (I could have bought a grey import for a few pounds less) so I was very happy. But why did I buy from Calumet? Because they give great customer service, have the lowest prices (unless you want grey imports) and support their business with shops and knowledgeable friendly staff. The manager even checked to see if there were any offers/deals on the lens before selling it to me. 10 out of 10.”

“Having seen similar items at BVExpo and already using a Steadycam Merlin, I asked Calumet to send me a Steadycam Curve for my Gopro. As I ordered before 14:00, Calumet were able to deliver the following day. I was very happy with the results both of the Calumet service and the product.”

“I dont use Calumet very often as photography is an addition to what I do rather than the main thing .. however when I do - I always know I will get exactly what I need or be directed to the right place otherwise. . . This visit was no exception . I needed a replacement part for my tripod - and I got exactly what I needed.”

“I was very disappointed when my 2.72m long backdrop paper was not delivered to my studio but instead sent to my home. I had to arrange separate delivery for a shoot which was happening the next morning. I wrote an email to Calumet and received a phone call the day after my shoot. The operator, Raj, was very apologetic and took my complaint seriously which was some recompense for the inconvenience caused.”

“good prices, excellent customer service, if you ring in your order they go the extra mile to ensure that all the order is delivered in one go rather than multiple packages over a couple of days...want to price match - ask and if they can they will. I rarely (if ever) shop anywhere else these days”
