“Hello, I needed to order some PORTRA 400 135?36 camera film and called mid-afternoon on the 22nd December to see whether I could order and have them delivered next day. I spoke with Paul Jablonski who was so helpful. He checked straightaway with his colleague in the stockroom to confirm that the item was in stock and then advised me that he could post the films out that afternoon. I was delighted when the parcel arrived the very next day and I would like to thank Paul and Calumet for restoring my faith in customer service - I will definitely be ordering from you again and have spread the word about the fantastic Calumet service! My son has just started out as a Fashion Photographer and he uses your products all the time. Many thanks Anya Daved”

“Basically the service worked...I ordered something, they sent it and I received in quickly. One thing I would suggest is more contact throughout the process- I received no emails regarding the item having been dispatched e.t.c. I would of liked some in my inbox saying 'Your item has been dispatched...estimated delivery' ...But the item itself was very well packaged, in stock when most other places were out of stock, well priced and arrived very quickly. I would use again definitely.”

“I received the monopod within the promised delivery time, but, the monopod was described for either canon or nikon, the screw was far too large for my canon 1200D, I messaged asking if they had an adapter, no reply, bad service.”

“Only been shooting around a year now with my Dslr. Every time I visit the Manchester store they are amazingly helpful and go the extra mile for you. Its also nice that they remember each customer as well including your past purchases. Sean”

“The assistant ,John, was excellent. He reviewed the lenses that I already had for my Canon and confirmed that optically as well as performance - wise, the Tamron 16-300 lens would be a compatible single lens replacement. This turned out to be the case when I took it on a European trip. When there was a hiccup in the delivery, Annie, who also helped, was able to locate the lens in another store in London and had it shipped on an urgent basis to ensure I had the lens the day before I left Edinburgh to fly to Vienna. Good ,professional service all round. Will recommend and use the Edinburgh store again. Bill McKeraghan”
