“Service in store (Edinburgh) was very good, despite not having required items in stock. I initially thought that I would then buy elsewhere, but I was assured that every item could be delivered by Tues (changed to Wed, before midday) when it was realised Mon was a public holiday) so I changed my mind and went ahead with my order, accepting these assurances. However, these assurances turned out to be worthless, since only one item has arrived!”

“Set delivery date for my work address - Store phoned me to confirm this and the guy on the phone even checked with his manager. I then receive notification that my camera was being shipped to my home address and when I phoned to speak to someone I couldn't get through to anyone and just sat on hold even though I was 1st in the queue to be answered "apparently". Emailed them to complain and just ignored! POOR POOR POOR!!!”

“The service was very good, but the price to get the camera fixed was very exspensive £200 to refit the shutter. Every person i asked i.e. photographers have told me its too expensive.”

“The staff in the store are excellent. They could not have been more professional and helpful, particularly Jack and Lesley. However I was not happy that I had to pay in full for the Canon EOS5Dsr when it was not available. This is a considerable outlay for any photographer. I would not expect to pay in full for a new car months in advance! A deposit would have been reasonable.”

“Went down to test drive a new Fuji camera and lenses which was a Fuji offer. The guys at Calumet could not have been more helpful. They gave me good advice and the time to test and discuss each body/lens combination. A very pleasurable shopping experience and will definitely use their services again. Thanks guys.”

“Fantastic staff, no hard sell just eager to make sure you have what you need. I had to return to the store because I couldn't quite make it work. But your staff made it work out of true determination. They found the cheapest way for me without compromising my job. I am so so impressed thank you.”

“I recently attended a Video Camera DSLR course at Calumet Photographic Manchester with Jason Harry. Personally Jason answered every question plus gave invaluable export advise on filming. His style of seminar was very enjoyable with plenty of interaction. One would never learn this from a text book or on line. I shot footage at the weekend and the footage is far the best I have ever shot!”

“what can I say, I was at a wedding my main lens failed! 70 - 200L f2.8 MRK2 I called up and spoke to Adele, to cut a long story short, I had a new lens in my hand 40 mins later, Adele understood my situation and pulled out all the stops to help me, I can not thank her and Calumet enough for being there, with amazing service and I have to say the price was not as costly as I thought! thank you x”
