“I bought two items of pre-owned Canon flash equipment - a speedlight and a speedlight transmitter. Both were excellently priced and came complete with a 12 month warranty. The member of staff that served me was courteous and knowledgeable as we tested the items and put them through their paces. It isn't the first time I have bought equipment from Calumet - either new, pre-owned or refurbished, and I have always found the staff to be of the highest professional order.”

“I've now had my Calumet RC 2065 Rolling case for two weeks and used it on two weddings. This is a fantastic bag. I can carry everything I need, and it makes my job so much easier. Three camaera bodies, several lenses, 3 flashes, couple of small light stands, radio triggers, batteries etc etc etc. It helps me stay organised and of course because its a wheeled case, no need to carry bags over my shoulder. The quality is excellent and half the price of the Lowpro. I would recommend this case to any photographer who has a lot of gear to carry around. Not too sure about the size and airline carryons, maybe a wee bit to big for that. As for the service with Calumet. Can't fault it once the case arrived in store. Staff in Manchester as always helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to chat to about photography in general.”

“I ordered a pack of film to collect in store. The item arrived in store one working day later. I received a call the same day advising me it was in stock. The day I collected I was served by a very friendly member of staff. Can't ask for more! I've always been very impressed with Calumet's prices, choice of products and level of customer service.”

“I asked for a quotation for equipment in May to include everything I need for my videography, including follow focus rig. When I went to pick up the follow focus rig it was only the wheel and gearbox, not the rods to fit it to my tripod. Very disappointing and I didn't buy it from you. I have now ordered what I need from Wex Photography who were able to help. You also MUST make your website more intuitive. It is very clunky and hard to navigate. Sorry, but you let me down this time. Let me know if things change over the next 6 months as my next purchase will be a 1dx and ninja blade. Best Wishes. Mick.”

“Before I ordered, I rang to ask a technical question regarding the product, the Calumet 2.4hz Quad radio trigger. The lady answering my call was courteous and sought a second opinion from her colleague as she was not 100% sure about my question. Within minutes, I was given an answer that enabled me to confirm my order. This was on bank holiday Monday, and to my surprise the product was delivered on the following Wednesday. All I can say is that I thought it was excellent service, and I will be using Calumet in the future.”

“I went to the branch with the view to purchasing a tripod head for my Manfrotto 055Pro tripod. I was shown the full range and the benefits of each were clearly explained. However I chose to enquire whether Calumet had any own brand, as previous purchase of Calumet braanded equipment has resulted in positive savings. A Calumet head was available which I duly purchased and am delighted with the item, both in terms of build and value. I will continue to use Calumet, and where possible consider their brand first.”

“I bought my equipment online and I originally put the order in my mrs' name but then deleted the whole order and resigned in and when I re ordered it came back up in my mrs' name and this couldn't be changed. my order came and even though I ordered next day delivery and it was a bank holiday I got my camera as expected but the memory card wasn't available so I had to make 2 journeys for the one order. However I was offered to have the memory card posted but I felt more secure collecting in person from the store. The staff are knowledgeable and professional and I would recommend Calumet.”
