“Very friendly staff who don't make you feel inferior when asking questions as a new photographer I was spoken to in a very personable way and my needs were identified patiently before I was given a full host of options ad the benefits of each I wasn't aware of internal courses, and I was given fee reading material and formed of the store's part-exchange option because I was changing the brand of my camera Would return and would recommend highly to others”

“Hello dear distinguished gentlemen, Thank you very much for giving me this opportunity to tell what I was thinking about the service I received almost a week ago. As you may know I did purchase a CANON XC10 camera and several memory cards. All went well till the last moment when the time came to fill up the VAT refund form. One of the stuff did try his best and fill up the form for 3 times believe it or not. And at the end; he did forget to stamp it. Well; it was the end of the day and I thought he was tired. At the airport they did not except it. And I was asked to post it to you or keep it until I come back to UK next time within a year. I did feel happy this will give me another chance to see you guys again! That's all from me at this moment and I wish you all the best. Omer Faruk AKSOY”

“The advice I received from the guys in Drummond Street was great - there were some items not available in the store but these were sent on quite quickly. So the store is very good. I had to then order a load more gear (as I have set up a new Photography business). Some of the items were listed as out of stock but 'accepting orders'. I expected some delay in these items but I did not expect to have to wait 3 months for the last few items to arrive!! The items arrived in dribs and drabs over that period with the last item arriving only 2 days ago. I do not think that is acceptable these days and would urge anyone ordering something that is out of stock to check when the delivery date will be. Come on Calumet I know you can do better than this. My rating was increased only because of the great advice I received in store.”

“i brought a calumet carbon fibre ck8157 tripod for my Nikon d810 i had been looking around for a travel tripod and saw the tripod in the euston showroom and very helpful member of staff explain when asked and offered great advice as to what other parts were needed the price was very reasonable given the quality of the tripod and would recommend to take a look at these tripods if you are in the market for a carbon fibre model i have shopped with calumet before and will continue to do so for my camera purchases”

“some confusing emails asking me for photo id and a utility bill, after they took the cash from my debit card. not impressed. lens arrived and works fine. wouldn't use this company again.”

“The camera was delivered quickly, and when I reported a possible fault, it was collected at no charge to me very promptly. I was able to track it back to the Calumet warehouse, but there was no response. It took me four phone calls over a period of several days before a refund was given. I thought that was pretty poor!”

“I am fairly new to photography and I was after a Tripod case and had been unsuccessful finding a suitable size. Calumet offed a good range of their own cases in a range of sizes. I thought a small would be suitable but there was no stock available in Birmingham to try. Following emails between myself and Calumet Birmingham they arranged for one to be transferred from another store for me to try. I had a phone call to say it was in store and they would hold it for me. When i tried the case it was too small but following some great service and advice form the Birmingham store i purchased a medium size case. What is more they had a Bank Holiday offer on and i was given a 30% discount. Great product. Great Service. Great advice would highly recommend Calumet for all you Photography needs how ever big or small. I would certainly not hesitate to visit them again for help and advice with a great friendly service.”

“Despite the increase in shopping online, when you need something in a hurry there is no substitute for being able to buy something there and then when you need it from friendly and approachable staff. I've always found products in stock which is a really important advantage.”

“Straight away a friendly costumer service as you step through the door. Great prices and fantastic offers. I bough a camera that included a transport bag but unfortunately they didn't have it in stock. That was not a problem to me though. They very kindly offered to send it to me as soon as it came in stock and so they did. Delivered with Fedex in a matter of 3 days.”
