“I have been dealing with Calumet UK now in Education for over 25 years. I have always found that customer relations have been excellent and I have two ports of call namely, Duncan Robertson and Sue Answell, who have always been great to deal with. Any issues with equipment being not up to standard has always been resolved to my satisfaction and I will have no hesitation in keeping the the partnership going. Mr Lewis Napier LBIPP”

“The major plus point with Calumet is the quality of the staff. They are invariably pleasant and helpful. A slight downside is that so much stock is in sealed boxes and cant be opened, although I do understand the reason behind this.”

“Excellent service very happy with service staff very helpful. can't recommend this company enough. rang Jessops and the guy hung up after i asked him the cost of his Nikon D7100. will not be dealing with Jessops agian. Staff in the belfast office a treat to deal with. looking forward to returning. thanks so much from a happy customer. Jonathan”

“everything has been perfect, unless the claim for the student discount. i have sent my order's invoice with my scanned student ID attached , to your customer services. they told me to do that by phone. so i sent by mail the required documents but didn't have any answer yet and this was two weeks ago, don't know.... maybe i need to wait for a while to get it...... thanks for your consideration. kind regards”
