“I visited the Manchester store in late Autumn and staff were very helpful and supportive in giving me advice and showing me options when I was trying to decide on what model DSLR camera to purchase. Not only was I upgrading from a bridge and wanting a very good enthusiast camera but I have a chronic neck injury that affects the use of my hands and therefore use and carrying eqipment. I returned in January and purchased a Canon 70D and 70-300mm L series lens. Unfortunately there was a major problem with the server / router at the store and staff should be highly commended for their calm, positive attitude in dealing cheerfully with customers under extremely trying circumstances when only one laptop and a coouple of mobile phones could be used to process orders and payments. Extremely polite, helpful, friendly service. I am recommending your company to photography friends without hesitation. Thank you - I will be back!!”

“I recently purchased a camera and accessories. I was very impressed by the level of service and knowledge of the staff in Boucher Road Belfast. I was attended to by Angus and his service and attention to detail was flawless. I would definitely use Calumet again.”

“I have bought a number of photographic items through Calumet's on-line service as well as in the Drummond Street shop. Both occasions were a positive experience, and the on-line purchases arrived very quickly and securely. Information on the on-line service is very good, although the Drummond Street shop has the additional advantage that I received excellent advice from the staff there, especially on the occasion of making a decision about which camera to buy for what for me was nearly an entire month's wages.”

“I called about the item to check it was in stock. A member of staff told me they had one and offered to put it to one side. Being the last in stock he put the item physically to one side to ensure it was indeed available. When I went into collect found the staff were all very helpful and Scott who had taken the call remembered speaking to me and promptly assisted. A very professional and helpful group of staff who were both friendly and knowledgeable. Many thanks.”

“Can't fault the staff at calumet. Always helpful, real knowledge of the products and can give that little extra information that can inform a decision. One of the few shops where you go in and feel the staff really care about what they are doing and the stuff they sell.”

“Jason was very helpful in this 1to1 coaching session. We covered the full list of topics I had prepared as well as additional material from which I learnt a lot during the 2+ hours. Follow up advice has also been useful. I would certainly recommend Calumet and Jason to other keen photographers on the strength of this experience.”
