“My Canon 1DX would not turn on, I spoke to Calumet Manchester who said to take it to them and they would send it back to Canon UK under warranty. I did not buy my camera from them so thought this was really good of them. When I took it into store they told me to go on to Canon's website and become a CPS member and to let them have the membership number I was allocated and they would attach to camera to speed up repair. I received a call telling me Canon had the camera but were waiting for a spare part so it would take about 1 week, I could have a replacement camera if I wanted but chose not to. Sure enough the following week I was told it was returned to them did I want to collect it or would I like it posting. They posted it to me free of charge. As usual the staff go above and beyond to keep you in touch with what is happening. I always find staff friendly and helpful and would recommend Calumet to anybody.”

“I have bought three cameras from Calumet in the past five years and always received impeccable service from them. They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Location is great and so is their expertise and range of equipment. I'll be shopping there in the future for sure!”

“I have recently used Calumet Photographic for two transactions (1) to repair a broken camera lens, and (2) to book an educational course. In both cases, the service was exemplary and I was left with the feeling that Calumet really care for their clients, a rarity in this day and age! Happy to recommend for ALL your photographic needs.”

“The service was very efficient and personal I have one small complaint though,that the invoice/delivery note didn,t quote the price and how much I spent but this is minor. Overall a very good srvice”

“I chose Calumet, not because they were a company that I know and regularly used, but because they offered the item I wanted at the best price. I saw the item I wanted for sale by Calumet via amazon, but wanting to cut out the Amazon affiliate I went directly to Calumet. The service was quick and efficient and I was not waiting long at all for my item. In fact it came exactly the day that was promised on the email. I felt like I was kept up-to-date with the order status and this was reassuring. I would definitely use Calumet again, as the mixture of good service and competitive pricing actually allows me to support and independent company and avoid using a bigger player like Amazon. Thanks!”

“The item i wanted was not in stock at the Manchester store, however the staff there quickly located one at another branch and had it shipped to Manchester the next day. Fantastic service from the staff at Manchester as always.”

“Great speedy service! I ordered a battery pack for my flash unit on the Calumet online site and it arrived well packed and on time as promised.It is a great help when something is needed urgently that a fast overnight facility is available.”

“The products where easy to find, view and buy on the website. I liked that you rang me to confirm the order as part of your security process which gives peace of mind. I was pleased to receive the order the next working day as per promise but not so happy that all of the order didn't arrive without an explanation. However, when I emailed my enquiry I had a quick response and the matter was dealt with efficiently and items received next day despite it being a Saturday delivery, so big smiles :)”

“Telephone operator very pleasant and very helpful ,order processed and delivered the next day by courier even though order was placed after 2pm. When parcel arrived i was surprised to see how much protective packaging had been used i am sure that it was impossible for contents to be damaged.”
