“The advice received on this purchase - and every one which I've made at Calumet - was helpful in determining why the camera and lenses were right for me. It helps that the sales team in Manchester have come to know what I do and what I'm looking for, so can provide advice tailored to me. Also, there's no push to buy something more (and more expensive) than I need.”

“I have always found the calumet staff to be helpful, and when I say that I don't mean over eager sales pushy type that try to baffle customers. They will take the time to try and make sure your purchase suits your needs”

“At my last visit to the Drummond Street branch, the service was just what I needed. A helpful and knowledgeable assistant guided me through the key points of the camera body I was purchasing – a Nikon D800 – and allowed me to examine the demonstration model in great detail. He was also extremely helpful when we discussed lenses and I left the store in a happy frame of mind.”

“Very helpful telephone staff who are happy to give valid technical advice on as many questions as I ask. Delivery turned up when promised, with everything in stock and well packaged. Always a great service start to finish, which is why I keep coming back to buy my equipment from Calumet.”

“Calumet are the best for service and the delivery matches, unfortunately I tend only to use Calumet for the High class equipment as the run of the mill stuff can be purchased much cheaper form some competitors. Except for the prices of stock items Calumet is my preferred supplier”

“Over the period of which I have been purchasing products from my local store, I have got to know the staff and they have got to know me. They have always provided me with expert advice which has been function rather than price driven. The store always has the stock which I want or they have obtained it rapidly and on-time for when I have had a project for which I needed an item. I find the local store, Glasgow, to be an excellent place to buy items and in my opinion is far better than purchasing online as I like to handle items before choosing.”
