“I ordered a mask and a pillow. The mask was horrible quality as it doesn't fit over a normal size face and never got the pillow. They re-ordered it and I never got it on the designated shipping date. When I called and asked about the pillow, they blamed it on UPS shipping. Of course, they always do. Then when I confronted that it was not UPS, and it was CanvasDiscount, the representative hung up on me.”

“My order took a long time to receive, but I understand because of the pandemic, but when I received my order I was very,very disappointed!!! The picture was hazy and red blotches on my new niece’s face! The photo was not cut to the frame! I sent a reply to your Company and as yet no reply! I will not recommend your Company to anyone unless you rectify my problem. I realize the price was better than any other CO., but I guess I got what I payed for!!!”

“I ordered 8 products from this company and 5 of them arrived defective, wrong, and not acceptable. There isn’t an online method of customer service. You have to email with a picture and then they are VERY slow to respond. When they finally responded they said they would only give me a refund if I destroyed the product and sent them a picture of it. Bizarre! I will never use them again and can’t recommend them for anyone else. I would give them 0 stars if I could.”

“STOP!! This company is a Scam! First try calling Customer Service. After 10 minutes on hold they hang up on you. OK still not a believer than click on live chat, all you get is a bot. No agent available. Send all the emails you want! I was promised my canvas by 06/06/2020 for a very special occasion. Man this taught me a lesson read reviews before doing business with a company. This Company is a Scam and from the few that had prints made they were of poor quality! Enough said do not be stupid and waste your time or money Here!”

“I ordered 3 items. One got here on time but part of it was cut of even though it didn't show it in the picture and i used to size recommended. My other item was supposed to come yesterday and has even been made yet and I can't get customer service to contact me. And the third item hasn't been made yet either.”
