“I ordered a mask for $20 including shipping. They sent me someone else’s order by mistake. However, I could see that the sewing was sloppy and the printing was blurry. I called and emailed to tell them of the mistake and to ask for a refund instead of getting my order. No one responded even though I contacted them several times. I waited on the phone with customer service Only to be cut off, no one answered. This is extremely unprofessional. Buyer beware!I”

“Was waiting for my order forever. Now finally I received the canvas but completely unknown people are looking at me from this canvas. There is no chance to reach company service. Their agents are always busy and unreachable Will call my credit card and cancel the whole deal”

“Order #USA99901552127 never received. Order #USA99901552264 received but is too small. Good photo print, but one received useless. Unable to resolve with chat bot, and calls put on hold and disconnect in 5 minutes.”

“I sent 2 award winning images taken by me, a PPA Master Photographer. What I got back were images that were completely blown out. All detail was pushed to 255 on histogram and nobody noticed QC apparently does not exist for these images to have been shipped. And then, instead of accepting my offer to try again, you tell me that you dont want the chance? What you delivered is garbage as demonstrated in the attached pics and you have no desire to improve it? I've been a Master Photographer for over 40 years. I have never had to refuse a large format print that was this far out of calibration and you are ready to toss this customer rather than do the job correctly. Bet the ranch that you will not hear from me again. As well, I will be forwarding my experience with you in as a contributor to PPA magazine and newsletter. In conclusion you had an opportunity to reproduce 2 award winning images and reduced them to snapshots and then threw away the customer. A customer that was considering sending you a volume of work with the approval of these images. Now, instead have a professional who will warn others away from your company. Stupid on every level. Be embarrassed”

“I already sent you an email with pictures NO response. I paid 39.00 for masks that are not fitting too big and the picture was poorly transposed on the fabric. Nothing like the pictures I ok before processing my order. Would be nice to hear back from a company I thought was decent. I am not happy with spending $39.00 to get something I can’t even wear. What a waste of money. Very unhappy with this company and their customer service. Do not custom order!!!”
