“The quality of the materials are high and the ink representation was great. I order 5 of the same painting. But only 1 of the 5 was correctly centered in the width. The ptg. has a border all around it so it is obvious on the other and 4 have less border on the left than on the right.”

“Always happy with the results! Very fast turnaround time...which I love! The only thing I notice is the work is farmed out to different vendors and the wood framing sometimes is heavier and therefore more costly to mail. I prefer the lighter weight framing as I 'gift' and mail most of the canvases.”

“Horrible customer service! I would have given it no stars but it was not an option. I received my canvases and puzzles fast but all 4 puzzles were washed out. When I called the company they said they could not help me that I had to email photos of the puzzles to them. I complied and sent pictures of the puzzles and pictures of the original photos explaining how the puzzles did not match in color, sharpness and darkness. The company emailed back saying I needed to email them the puzzles next to a white piece of paper and explain the default. I had already explained the default and emailed the pictures but I did so again next to a white piece of paper. Then they said they would finally replace the puzzles only if I emailed them a picture of my puzzles after I destroyed them. At this point I am getting very angry! I was only asking for a replacement not a refund and they kept asking me to jump through hoops. I then asked for my money back instead of a replacement and have not heard back. All of this went on within about a month and they never pulled through I am very upset with their horrible customer service! Do not buy from this company they do not respect their customers!”

“Got a metal print of my photo of the Grand Canyon. It turned out great, and I am ordering more metal prints of our photography to decorate our house. I have also ordered a large canvas print of a wedding I photographed as a gift to the couple.”
