Need to be careful as they will change the advertised price when stocks run out. Took my order and money then said it was out of stock. When I looked on the website a day later the price had increased by £161! Fortunately when I got it delivered about 3 weeks later they sold at the original price

You sent to wrong address even though I immediately phoned you to tell you you had put wrong door number which you said you would amend. Didn’t get my order have to now go to P Office

Experience with them is one big joke. One order placed 04/01/23 with 3-5 days delivery. Right after placing it I've noticed that my address on their website, on invoice and shipping label appears in weird format so I contacted them to check if parcel will be despatched to the right address. I have it confirmed that everything is fine and I shouldn't be worried about. Then today on the deadline day, when Parcel Force was about to deliver my parcel, all I got was status change to "There is an issue with your parcel, insufficient address details". Contacted Parcel Force to find out that shipping label was missing my door number and they couldn't deliver it. Contacted Car Audio Centre Customer Service and they said they've updated it and that it will be redelivered tomorrow. Fingers crossed everything will be ok this time. Second order - I placed order for Subwoofer which was available on Pre-Order with due date 09/01/2023 which is today. No status updates, no info about my shipment. When asked Car Audio about it, all I got was that Pioneer couldn't supply it on time hence delay. 3 stars only for the low price as everything else went completely wrong. Probably first and last time I shopped with them.

Items were well priced and arrived next working day as paid £10 for DPD next day delivery. However one of my items arrived broken(possibly due to lack of packaging protection) and after phone call they said they would get them sent out for next day delivery after stating I originally paid the extra delivery fee so I'd receive the item next day . However, 2 working days after phoning them early on the morning I received the items the replacements still haven't arrived so clearly no next day delivery was used.

Products are good. I paid £10 for next day delivery. It took 5 days. Spoke to customer services. They refused to refund. Hence 3 stars.

Received the package within days of the order and unfortunately it’s not worked out as the installation guys still haven’t called to stay they can organise a date . They should be calling out at the latest 2 days after dispatch and create the customer awareness Can’t organise or go anywhere with hanging on and the car equipment is needed !

Prompt delivery and excellent price. One gripe though is that unit was listed as refurbished but stated in clear bold lettering on listing as being "New-Damaged Box". However the unit received clearly had "B-Damaged box used" on original box and had quite clearly been pre-owned as sides were scratched from fitting and warranty sticker damaged.

I would have hoped with such an expensive device and subscription model that the customer service would be better than it is. I had a couple of questions on my two devices that normally I could have self-served by logging onto my account online. Unfortunately all my history was not available so I had to contact Road Angel for support. I am still waiting for a response a week later. As for the devices themselves, I have two issues, the first is about reliability, I have had to repair/replace bit of my devices a year or so after the warranty had expired and the second is that I have noticed that the prevailing speed limit in a particular area is not accurate, which means neither would be the alerts. (Today I drove though Surbiton and Kingston which is a 20MPH area, my Road Angel reported most of the time that I was in a 30 MPH zone. (Interestingly my BMW and Waze reported the speed limit correctly) Having said all of the above I have had Road Angels since they were first launched and have saved me from fines numerous times. If the reliability, accuracy and service levels don't improve however, I am not 100% sure I will renew the subscriptions when the expire next year.

Had problems with my just 12 months old sat nav first guy I spoke to was no help at all think second guy was the same no help third time different person was more helpful cost £70 for new card got to ring again no return address for old card yet to try updating maps hopefully it'll work this time

Had to buy a new SD card for updated mapping on my Snooper Truckmate navigation as I was told my old one was corrupted for some reason. Like a previous review stated so much for lifetime updates, and after shelling out £80 for new SD card I now have no speed camera warning data. However I paid for next day delivery and it did arrive the next day as promised.

good packing and some times good prices for branded products. never received the freebie air freshener. they haven't sent them in previous years order ether. watch the prices, sometimes the sale is good but they always have a sale on, its marketing bs. so i price check instead. currently good prices for some things that are discontinued. responded to questions about products previously. did take a while i think. always used paypal when ordering for protection.

I have had to buy a new device because the software is no longer supported. I wish I could have been informed by Snooper. Instead I tried to carry out updates, which weren't accepted, so making my device unusable.

Ordered a snooper unit .delivery was first class . Major problem the unit did not work , discovered the SSD card was blank so no software. A call to customer services fixed the problem by sending a new card loaded with the software .The action was prompt but took a couple of days for delivery. The unit now works just sad that somewhere along the line the boxed unit had not been tested before packing.

Bought an amplifier inphase 3001d delivery was amazing next day literally less then 24hr to deliver waiting 2 weeks to have my enclosure built paid for a professional to fit the amp and it self combusted after a few moments of use not happy rang them to be told to do an online return so did that no reply had to call them again to get the reply I was needed so sent the amp back still no contact very frustrating with the lack of communication
