“Item didnt come next day,offers next day at ordering but only after i ordered was there any mention that there might be a delay.it came within a couple of days,not got my vehicle yet to have alpine fitted,so waiting to try it,the price was great for the unit.why cant you have centres more accessable to shrewsbury would have wanted you to fit.”

“Product is fab. As described. Paid for next day delivery and DPD failed to deliver but refund was quickly organised by car audio Centre. Customer service only becomes apparent when something goes wrong and these guys stepped up. Highly recommended.”

“These guys are great. I went in to the Ilford branch to buy an audio device for my Honda CRV mk 2. Mo and the team gave me advice based on my requirements and I bought a Pioneer SPH-DA130DAB unit. No pressure just great advice. I got everything needed to make the installation complete. Car Audio Centre know their stuff, are professional and were there to ensure I was happy. After my purchase I had a couple of questions which were answered without any problems. A fantastic experience. Thank you Mo and team.”

“Ordered Sun delivered Thurs. Very pleased with the delivery, packaging & the product. Fitted by an auto electrician today Fri. DAB aerial impressed him as to how clear reception was, even inside his fitting garage as he normally has to drive cars outside for reception to tune in the stations with other makes!”

“Spoke to both Rory and Dylan about fault with Snooper My Speed XL. Both very helpful. New loaded memory card solved problem. Delivery took a while as package went from Nottingham to Atherstone to Leicester. Overall very pleased with the result.”

“Initially I rang the Car Audio Centre to enquire about a hardwire kit for the Road Angel Aura HD3. The assistant was very knowledgeable and guided me through to the required kit despite me not having opened the RA Aura HD3. He knew exactly what to ask in the most efficient way since there were options depending on the charger port - so I decided to make the purchase online straight away. I was impressed that having ordered the item on the Friday, it was in my hand on a Monday - By using Royal Mail 48hrs tracked also meant that I could tack the order. So all in all, quite a pleasant purchasing experience and I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone sitting on the fence to go ahead and make that purchase, you won’t regret it.”

“Ordered a Kenwood CMOS-230 reversing camera as Car Audio Centre were selling this at the best price, cheaper than other sellers had the CMOS-130 for. Arrived fairly quickly, well packaged and as described. Fitted in the wife's car with a Kenwood dmx125dab head unit and working perfectly. Wife felt the need for a reversing camera and she now has possibly the only Smart Fortwo in the world with one :-)”

“It is unusual for me to use an external website but the price was too good to ignore. I have recently been told by companies where I have bought something through Amazon that it is cheaper to call them direct and on this occasion that's what I have done and I'm glad to say it worked out well.
