“Gday! I was convinced to buy your product after a family member recommended you guys, I was totally satisfied by the arrival time of the product, and am looking forward to using and sharing your gear, On the other hand I approached your social media outlet account “Instagram” in regards to the possibility of including a free t shirt with the delivery of my new carbon winch... (I did not know shirts were available until I’d made the purchase online otherwise I would have ordered at the same time) I have not had a response for close to 5 weeks, i understand if not possible but a response would have been great!!! Kind regards”

“Too ages to dispatch the items. Had to follow up a few times by phone and email If I didn't follow up would have not gotten the recovery gear prior to my trip.”

“Ordering and delivery were faultless, especially the fact they will deliver to Australia Post Parcel Lockers instead of insisting their goods be left at the punters' front door and then getting stolen. The winch ring, soft shackle & rear recovery point look top quality, haven't been used yet - but that's sort of the point of having them.”

“Advice from Carbon over the phone was good. After placing my order the gear arrived but stuff was missing. This was sorted promptly and the missing items arrived quickly which was appreciated. The bolts included for the fairlead with the Scout Pro winch are no-where near long enough though. I suspect this is because the Scout Pro comes with a new thicker fairlead but the bolts were to suit the previous thinner fairlead. When I mentioned this to Carbon I was made to feel like this problem was unique to me, that the bolts are correct and told that if I needed longer ones I would have to source them myself. To be honest I was just giving Carbon the heads up so they could maybe look into this before they had hundreds of customers contacting them about the same thing. I felt the response from Carbon on this could have been handled better. I got new longer stainless steel bolts and all installed nicely.”

We have addressed this with our manufacturer and have addressed this with all non dispatched stock. “Frienly service and delivery was good as it was over Xmas and Covid times Thanks for the winch and Monkey fist Product easy to fit and on set up worked well as yet un-used which is good, haven't been stuck.”

“Nothing wrong with carbon, but if it's a warranty claim shouldn't post the part through aus post. Been waiting almost 1 month. It's been in transit for 2 weeks from a suburb thats 10 minutes drive away from me. Nothing against carbon, but warranty claims should be at higher urgency as it's a fault with the product. Auspost definately isn't the ideal carrier for warranty claims. Should be through at least express post.”
