“Once the sale is done, don't expect any support , thats how I saw it, sent 2 emails 8/11 and 9/11 , never received a reply to either, still to date 18/11 8/11 The package was delivered Open , I asked for a packing list to see if anything was missing. 9/11 The mounting bolts should have been 2 long and 2 shorter, mine were all short bolts , therefore with the FairLead mounting was not possible , I had to get 2 longer bolts to secure the FairLead to the Bullbar. Pretty poor service overall when I needed it. The Product R88 Winch is just acceptable, the Contactor unit hard to mount securely...bad design I feel. Shame really, heard good things about this company, that was not my experience.”

“Here’s a picture of how the parcel arrived, needless to say I’m not impressed. Brand new winch rope turns up scuff marks all over it and looking secondhand. it’s annoying when I spend good money on a product and you guys can’t even bother to put any effort into ensuring your product arrives at your customer in the same condition it left your warehouse.”

“My 12000lb winch stopped working, so I contacted carbon and he worked out the contact block had failed , replaced under warranty and now all working again. Thankyou Carbon.”

“Amazing service from the entire team! Special shoutout to Nick from Carbon Offroad, honestly the best customer service I've ever experienced, never have I met such friendly people. Despite me breaking the winch, when I reached out the team were kind enough to repair it for me in a matter of weeks, getting it back to me in time for my trip to the Vic High Country, the brand clearly has workers who care for their customers and truly look after them. Couldn't recommend a brand more, great service and an even better product.”

“Recent bought a carbon 9500 winch for my new rugged X hilux Used a genuine winch cradle and the 9500 went straight in no problem The day it went in i got a call from a mate stuck in his shorty GQ the carbon got put straight to work and worked a treat getting the shorty out… and got me some great bragging rights 😎😎😎”
