“No phone number, forced to use online chat. Online chat says no one available and that they will respond within 24 hours. 9 Days later, my message is still on "unread" and no response to the question I sent via email. With communication non existent and no way to directly contact them, I would hate to be a customer having to negotiate a warranty repair through Caremax.”
