“This is more a review with regard to the delivery - I have NOT received my product yet so I am unable to rate "the Product", but I was horrified to learn, after placing my order, that delivery is through ARAMEX who couldn't deliver a pandemic, let alone a parcel. I think they are using FLINTSTONE mobiles for their deliveries. I received a message that they are "running" late - indeed!!!”

“I think everything went well it took a day to process. I was in a hurry because I was in pain waiting for my Tens machine. The postage seemed slow for Express, but that was more to do with Xmas and Covid and all that.”

“The order process was not as efficient as expected. Delivery by a contractor not under the control of Caremax left a lot to be improved. After sales service on two occasions has been brilliant. Thanks”
