“They advertised an item that they couldn’t possibly have, as the product is no longer being made. I realised that the same day. Cancelled my order right away. They didn’t respond for about two weeks. Finally acknowledged my cancelling the item they falsely advertised as having. But no refund. They said they put it in my account. I don’t have an account with them. I said to them as much. That was weeks ago, and still no refund. They certainly are a fraudulent company and extremely dishonest.”

“UPDATE :: After 20 more days .. So ,in these 20 days I gave them at least 3 more reminders asking the status of my refund , but sadly no reply. Till this point I had gave up checking my bank app looking for a miracle to happen. But I still gave then reminders every 4-5 days and every time I wrote them a reminder I mentioned that "This is my seventh or eighth reminder". I did that on purpose because in the future if I had to fight a legal battle against them, then I have a proof that I gave them like total 10 reminders but they did nothing .. Another thing I did in these 20 days was I uploaded some negative reviews on various websites about Carethy , telling people about my personal experience ,not getting refund and worst support from customer care along with my order Number... Day 21 and I received a mail for Carethy stating that your refund was processed yesterday along with some Stripe ID number and please wait for 14 more days . Again my hopes very high ,but I also thought that all this was just a gimmick , this all has already happened with me 2 times before and may be this was all just to keep me quite for 14 more days , but on the other hand I thought that what was the need for them to reply now if all this is a scam.. Well I didn't had any other option except to wait and watch .. Day 22.. I checked the app for my credit card in the afternoon and there it was .. my full refund amount. I don't know how it happened whether it was because of the reminders or the negative reviews I posted on various sites or their service is just so dumb, but I got my money back somehow. After all this if you ask me whether Carethy is a scam website ? I would says NO, because a scammer doesn't refund your money in any case whatsoever. So will I buy from them again or even recommend this site to anyone? Again a big No. where is the problem ? why are so many people complaining that this site is a scam ? Well I think they are really really slow in processing orders and their customer care is pathetic , people try to communicate with customer care and when they do not respond they think that they have been scammed and give negative reviews on various websites and never follow them back.. which is totally fine , even I did the same .. But eventually after 3-4 months when they get their refund they don't care to update their review which is again totally fine. Glad that I got my money back and proud that I didn't make a purchase from a fake website , having a good knowledge of computers I was surprised by myself that how can I not tell the difference between a genuine and a fake website, but turns out they are just dumbos not scammers...”

“Don't buy anything from carethy. No reply, nothing delivered, no refund yet. Have submitted dispute transaction to my bank, hope to get my money back. They are one of those scammer website.”

“My order was listed as 'processing' and it's nearly a month since it was placed. Carethy have ignored every email and now my account isn't accessible. I have to conclude this is a scam company andy money has been lost. **Do NOT buy from this company **”

“Ordered around $120 worth of stuff from in.carethy.net The delievery time was showing around 9-12 days on their website. I ordered directly through my credit card . As their website was very well mantained and I found this site through google search in shopping , infact the google was recomending this site . So there was nothing doubtful about the website so I ordered. The first 20 days the status of my order was "in processing" . So I decided to write them reminders but no responce . After around 20 days and 8 reminders , I got a responce that the order has been cancelled and they are processing my refund . At that point I had read so many articles about Carethy doing same thing will lots and lots of people , I thought I was being scammed . They cancelled my order without giving any reason , and to my surprise when I was expecting my refund they gave me my refund in points (10% extra) . What can I do with points ? if I re-ordered , my order is going to be stuck and I will have to start all over again .So I wrote them back that I don't want my refund in points but I want them back to original source of payment i.e. my credit card. this time it was a quick responce , they said ok please wait for 14 business days and you will get the refund . The points in my account disappeared and my hopes againg started getting high. After 22 days from here I again reminded then that I didnt get my refund. All they said was we have raised a complaint to the concerned department about the same . Again after few days I wrote them back asking what response their department gave , but they said as soon we will get a reply from them we will let you know . thats it for now .. will update you if I get any response . But sometime I feel how can they pull off such a huge scam for so many years without getting shutdown and also google is recomending their products in the top list ? Also I think they are updating their products every moment and offering deals and coupon codes every other day ,Just mantaining such a website in this was is no way a scammer can do . I am in great confusion .. May be in some countries it has a bad service but its the same group and people are complaning all over the globe . Or may be theyscam only those who pay them direct payment like I did , not involving any 3rd party like PayPal. Lets watch ..”

“Just read all the review about this 'Carethy'!!! but is's late! I was so stupid, I placed the first order 3month ago, didn't arrive the goods, I contacted them, they replied that saying on my second order they will give me 10% discount, I trusted and ordered other goods again from them, higher the amount more than first ofder!! Now almost 0ne month past, nothing arrived!! I should have checked reviews first before order from this fake site, absolutely is scam!”

“they dont send my refund I ordered a product that they did not stock anymore and instead of informing, they just let the order pending with no cancelation/refund communication. It has been more than a month now and I have not received any refund. They never answer emails and there is no phone number you can call. Do not buy anything in this company is a complete scam”

“I ordered on 16.9.2023 for 136 Euros. After a month no delivery, no response on emails from customer service. I asked to refund money several times. On 14.10.2023 there was a response from customer service, that they inicialized refund and this will be completed after 14 working days. I have no money. No products to these day. I highly recommend not to buy from this company.”
