“This company is a scam! I placed a order in April 30th and still haven’t received it! They sent a fake tracking number and they don’t answer back! It’s a shame!”

“This is a scam company!! Do not buy from them. I tried to buy items during Covid and didn't receive anything. I tried to email them, but they kept giving me excuses. So after almost three months I am out $50 plus. They should be ashamed of themselves!!!”

“Order lots product took over 4 weeks ... deliver cost was savage. When the parcel arrives everything was damaged, i tried every social media, costume service, phone NO ONE has response from support, absolutely not recommend this Company to nobody!!! AVOID!!!”

“CarethyService was excellent, despite Corona Virus pandemic which slowed everything down. Ordered on 19 May was shipped on 20th May. Received on 8th June. Very pleasant customer service. I will order from them again.”

“Placed my order and took about 14 days to receive it. Everything ordered was delivered. Great prices on sun tan oil less than half the price the supermarkets & pharmacies are charging and they say they include a 50% discount??? Only issue was delivery cost is expensive.”

“STAY AWAY THIS SCAM COMPANY, THEY HAVE ZERO CARE ABOUT YOUR ORDER. I placed my order on 3/02/20, never showed - I was told I would be getting a refund on 3/27/20. I sent an email again on 4/25/20, then they replied to me that their payment platform suffered a technical incident and their IT department was working on it. Checked again then no one answer anymore. No products have sent, no refund, no order, no reply, no integrity, no care. They just want to steal your money with their made reason.”

“Never order from Carethy! Living in France, I ordered hand gel sanitizer from a well-known brand (24 euros.), what I received was a liquid hand gel from Carethy which costs only 10 euros! I asked for returning or reimbursement, what CS said is only ....."The product you received contained the same element and formula", without showing responsibility. Later, I tried to contact MANY TIMES in order to get reimbursement. Once we all agreed, it took me MORE THAN 2 MONTHS right now, and I haven't got my money back. It seems not so much money, but imagine if they do this with a hundred customers. F them all! If you have a choice with no star, I would choose this option.”

“Your reviews speak for themselves - does anybody at Carethy read them? I wish I had read the reviews before ordering! I received an email confirming my order and giving me a delivery date, but when the goods didn't arrive and I sent an enquiry email I was told my order had been cancelled because of a payment problem (which I have never had anywhere else?!). No email or any communication telling me my order had been cancelled and therefore giving me an opportunity to order from somewhere else. Too many people saying the same thing - fix it if you want to survive!!”
