“Ordered 2 products from this website and only 1 product came. I had no email to notify me and and no refund! Just credit on there account. It took 4 weeks for the package to come with incomplete items. Customer service is appalling taking ages to rely then everytime I get a reply with we are sorry please send email... I have lost track of how many emails I have sent. You just get ignored and months later no refund. Do not order from this site!”

“Ordered a razor in march after waiting 4 weeks still no razor emailed them and they said it was out of stock that I could get a refund, it is now the middle of june still no refund and they are ignoring my emails this place is a total scam.”

“Absolute joke of a company, waited 2 months for my order to arrive and constantly sent emails. When it arrived 3 of the 4 items were smashed to bits and unusable and one item missing. I have emailed for a refund but can’t see it ever happening.”

“Product still has not been delivered and it is 4 weeks overdue. One email from customer support says "We inform you that we have requested information on the terms of service to the provider. We'll let you know their answer as soon as we have an answer from them. If you don't receive any update in the next 48 hours, please contact us again and we will inform you about the status of the order." In other words we will do nothing and but you should just contact us again and again. This experience is just like the other reviews here. D O N O T B U Y F R O M C A R E T H Y !!!!!!”

“Absolute scam! Ordered some products and when the ship date came around, they said the product was backordered. Finally cancelled my order and 6 weeks later, still no refund. They claimed to have had an issue with their credit card processing system... Have a feeling that's a money I'll never get back. These people are a joke and shouldn't even be allowed to operate as a business.”

“Constantly ignored my emails questioning where my order was and when they finally replied they said they sent it out at 8:30pm and Hermes delivered it at midnight.. as if, also their site claims to use DHL. Once again they are ignoring my emails asking for a refund or delivery. Site is clearly a SCAM and they’ve just copied a shopify store.”
