“I have been waiting for a refund on my order that I requested to be cancelled since may. I had a response on the 1st of june confirming that my order had been cancelled as I had requested this due to placing an order in march and not receiving it....I have been told twice now that they have had a failure with there systems and this has delayed my order. I work in complaints my self and do not like to post negative reviews however a refund does not take over 6 weeks to process avoid this company I wish I read reviews before placing an order”

“I had ordered for four bottles of Bach flower remedies. Received them safely. I was initially worried seeing the reviews of other customers. The response to my queries was good and finally the items were delivered. only concern was the packing was not proper. Luckily the items which were glass bottles were received in good condition.”

“Complete sham I ordered my product in May After chasing for several weeks they told me I will receive a refund. I have now sent 5 emails chasing my refund and I still have received no refund. Please do not buy from these gangsters.”

“A pior experiência em compras online que tive até hoje. Efetuei a minha encomenda e pagamento no dia 19.06.2020. Recebi um email no dia do prazo de entrega ter terminado (25.06.2020) a informar que um dos produtos não estava disponível para entrega e que eu poderia escolher alguma alternativa para substituição. Respondi que não me interessava trocar e que queria o meu dinheiro de volta no valor do produto que não estava disponível e não recebi mais resposta. Comecei então a enviar mensagens através do site, enviei 15 mensagens a interrogar a situação da minha encomenda. Eis que dia 10 de julho recebo a mesma mensagem a dizer que teria que escolher um dos produtos para substituir o que não estava disponível. Resolvi ceder e escolhi dois produtos que somados excediam o valor do primeiro que paguei. Então fizeram a troca por apenas 1 dos produtos que escolhi e ficaram-me a dever 7,11€. Despacharam tão rápido a encomenda que não deu tempo para pedir para adicionarem mais um produto neste valor. A resposta que tive foi que terei esse valor revertido em pontos para usufruir numa próxima compra, o detalhe é que dos 711 pontos que supostamente vão creditar na minha conta de usuário, posso utilizar apenas 100 pontos por cada compra, ou seja, fui ROUBADA! ATÉ PORQUE NUNCA MAIS VOU REALIZAR UMA COMPRA NESTE SITE DE MERDA. ESPERO QUE ESTE SITE VÁ A RUÍNA!”

“I order 6/20 /20202 until today 7/15/2020 i haven’t heard from them.not even a way to send a complain because it’s saying that my tracking # number is invalid.is there a number to call this people ? I spent over a 100 dollars to get food for my newborn.this is crazy.i am in the is and also didn’t know that this was coming from Spain ? At least keep communication open with your customers. I don’t know how? Put I can assure you that your company will pay my only back or deliver my order.Period”

“I only gave 1 star because I had to in order to write a review. I placed an order early March. After several e-mail correspondence with this fraud of a company it is now JULY and I have no product and no refund. This company is a complete fraud taking advantage of people during a pandemic! Do NOT purchase anything from them!!!!!”

“I made an order over a month ago for almost €160. I never got an email when the package was delivered. Apparently no one received it and they sent it to a pick up point; I found out about all this weeks later when the package was already on its way back to the sender. Carethy must contact post.nl to start an investigation as it seems like the package is stuck somewhere and there is literally nothing I can do -nor post.nl- if Carethy don't contact them. I have sent lots of emails and filled in the contact form lots of times asking them to either send us the package again or reimburse us -no reply yet. It's really annoying and after reading all these reviews, it really makes me think that Carethy is a scam. So no, don't buy from them!”

“This is a scam website.We were due to receive products a month ago.They have a system to block emails where product has been paid for. We paid by credit card so are claiming a refund from them.Do not touch them”

“Do not buy from this website. When I bought this product it was periodic buy. After numerous calls and emails asking them to stop taking this no answer. They do not respond to emails for weeks. Do not buy from them. You will be dissatisfied .”

“BEWARE. Ordered April. Shipped May. Arrived damaged. No response until July. No apology or resolution. Stay Away. Not worth the lower price on a product. Had the nerve to charge me a premium for shipping. Worst online shopping experience. Sent the photos below proving damage. Still not resolved.”
