“In April 2020 my wife placed an order with Carethy. It is now mid August and the order has not been received. I have contacted the company via emails on at least 5 occasions since and requested that they re-send the order. All we have received is promises that it is being processed. Promises mean nothing in my opinion. Actions speak louder than words. Send the goods or give us a refund and not points as you have suggested. Would I recommend this company? I don't think so based on how this has been handled.”

“Appalling 'business'. Submitted an order in March - we're now in August- and I'm still waiting for my refund after eventually being told that the courier lost it. That was after over a month of nonsense emails and them trying to fob me off. Since finally agreeing to refund me, and me waiting 3 weeks so far for refund, they are now telling me they had a technical issue and will refund asap. I have no doubt I'll have to email them again. Avoid at all costs.”

“Horrible company, very bad experience. It’s been three months since they supposed to refund my money. They lie, make excuses. IT issues. I don’t believe I will ever get it. Total scam, stay away.”

“Horrible experience. They never send the package and they are saying the will refund me but money is not arriving back into my account... They say they are having IT issues. I will never again but on this company. SUCH A AWFUL SERVICE!!”

“I cancelled my order on the 24/07/2020 and they asked to wait within 14 days to get my refund. Time is overdue and nothing from them. Sent them another emails and they said they will contact me ASAP. Sounds like I have to wait forever. I wonder why a website or business like this still exist? THIS BUSINESS IS SCAM AND RUBBISH. Stay thousand miles from them. Disgusting more than Covid 19.”

“This company is a total fraud and they need to be shut down , I placed an order on the 15th July after reading the reviews I cancelled they said that was ok two days later they decided to charge me when emailing them they said my money would be refunded within 15 days still waiting and all they keep saying is IT issues I have now lodged a complaint with Australian authorities.”

“All I can say is avoid this company they are a terrible company to deal with and dont answer emails. I waited 3 months for a reply about a product which I never received.Luckily I paid with paypal and it was only when I contacted papal that I got a reply saying the product was not available and would I like a different one?well after waiting 3 months first time I most deffinately declined.I had already purchased through Amazon received in 5 days. I got a refund all down to paypal.This is my experience so in my opinion shop Amazon avoid Carethy. Trevor.”

“Carethy cannot be trusted. I placed an order July 7th, 2020 which was due to be delivered between July 15-20th. It is now August 6th, so I figured I would check up on my order. I presumed maybe there was a stocking issue due to the pandemic -- totally understandable. NOPE. Carethy cancelled my order and did not so much as send an email to notify me of such. Further, there is no refund issued on my card despite the fact that this order was cancelled weeks ago. Carethy hopes you will order a product, forget about it, then they will surreptitiously pocket the charge. Do not trust this company. If, for whatever reason, you MUST order from Carethy, be on your toes... check your order status regularly and know that they will not be reaching out to you OR refunding you if and when they cancel the order.”

“Shocking service, sent wrong items offered me a discount code or refund, asked for refund still not arrived and keep getting excuses about IT systems not working. AVOID this company at all costs.”

“Do not order from this company! I ordered three bottles of scalp relief shampoo as a one-off order. I had no idea there was an automatic periodic delivery attached and there was nothing on the website to confirm that I actually wanted periodic deliveries. Despite countless emails and correspondence via their website Carethy would not cancel the deliveries and all I kept getting were automatic replies which did not answer my queries. Eventually, they just told me to ‘reject’ the deliveries which was impossible as they were just left on the doorstep with no signature required. Shipping back the products would have cost me just as much as the product itself, with no guarantee of a full refund. In addition, they informed me I could not delete my credit card information from their website as it was ‘linked to a periodic delivery’!! As a result, I have had to pay nearly $200 for shampoo I do not need and have been left extremely distressed by five months of their, at the very least, inept customer service.”

“Again if I could give this zero stars I would. I have been waiting for about two months to get my product still have not yet received it. I asked for my money back and they told me they cannot issue a refund unless they receive the product . Complete scam do not order from them ! How can return the product if I haven’t gotten it?”

“The product i recived was wrong and damaged. Also i knw that the product got damaged on the way due to customes so i dont blame carethy for that.However i got my full refund with in a week. I am so happy. The customer service was promt in replying to my email. Evrytym i was so rude with them reading all the reviews but no ..dey replied very proffessionaly n answered to my evry query within 24 hours of wait max. I am very happy with the service. If ur package is delayed its becoz of the customes not carethy. Trust me i learned it the hard way. Yes the products whr not what i ordered but whr still good n useable. I knw its not justified but i recived full refund after reciving equally good product. Thank you carethy”
