“Do not order from this company! I ordered three bottles of scalp relief shampoo as a one-off order. I had no idea there was an automatic periodic delivery attached and there was nothing on the website to confirm that I actually wanted periodic deliveries. Despite countless emails and correspondence via their website Carethy would not cancel the deliveries and all I kept getting were automatic replies which did not answer my queries. Eventually, they just told me to ‘reject’ the deliveries which was impossible as they were just left on the doorstep with no signature required. Shipping back the products would have cost me just as much as the product itself, with no guarantee of a full refund. In addition, they informed me I could not delete my credit card information from their website as it was ‘linked to a periodic delivery’!! As a result, I have had to pay nearly $200 for shampoo I do not need and have been left extremely distressed by five months of their, at the very least, inept customer service.”

“Again if I could give this zero stars I would. I have been waiting for about two months to get my product still have not yet received it. I asked for my money back and they told me they cannot issue a refund unless they receive the product . Complete scam do not order from them ! How can return the product if I haven’t gotten it?”

“The product i recived was wrong and damaged. Also i knw that the product got damaged on the way due to customes so i dont blame carethy for that.However i got my full refund with in a week. I am so happy. The customer service was promt in replying to my email. Evrytym i was so rude with them reading all the reviews but no ..dey replied very proffessionaly n answered to my evry query within 24 hours of wait max. I am very happy with the service. If ur package is delayed its becoz of the customes not carethy. Trust me i learned it the hard way. Yes the products whr not what i ordered but whr still good n useable. I knw its not justified but i recived full refund after reciving equally good product. Thank you carethy”

“Carethy are such scammers 20 days ago I ordered skincare after I did the order I thought I will just cancel after seeing a few reviews they were OK letting me do that . Didn't take any money until 2 days later they had taken from my account . I email them and said it would be back in my account maxium 14 days when it got to 14 days I emailed again then they said had IT issues so I'm still trying to work out how am I going to get this refund.”

“This company are scammers. They took my money and sent me damaged goods. Despite me sending them photos and numerous emails they ignored me until I put a bad review on Trust Pilot. I ordered several items including body oil. Unfortunately there was no lid on the body oil and it all emptied into the parcel containing my other orders. All my products were sticky and the boxed items had fallen apart. Despite this they were only prepared to refund for the oil. They said they had refunded my money on 10/7/20 but they lied. I waited another 3 weeks and chased again. Now they said they have IT problems and will refund as soon as they can, despite saying previously that they had refunded my money. They have ignored and lied to me throughout. Their customer service is appalling.”

“UNBELIEVABLE. No one has responded to me. I ordered formula for my baby, i paid the extra 50+ dollars in shipping for it to arrive in 3 days - it has not arrived, nor has it left for the destination. I have sent several emails and no response. I want a refund as i have to find a new carrier and formula for my son. ASAP. Yasmine”

“They just stolen my money! I bought some creams on Their website more than 20 days ago. The products were available and they accepted my payment and sent me a confirmation email. I supposed to receive my delivery and when I sent a msg to have more info regarding my delivery I knew that the product I chose was not available. So nothing has been shipped, no one told me anything before I sent an email asking for my delivery, but TOOK MY MONEY! now that I'm asking for a refund they disappeared... I'm speechless!! Don't buy anything from their website!!!”

“Order number : PHA-NZ-20040423381096e I have sent proof to your customer service that the ordered items have never arrived at their destination. I've repeatedly contacted customer service and have asked for a refund. Still no reply. The worst customer service I've ever come accross.”

“After 2 months from the order I finally received the products, but I mask got open and leaked as non of the items (5) were packed properly. Their customer care reply very bad and rare, they don’t understand what u t trying to explain. I asked in advance to pack properly as it was supposed to be sent from Europe to Asia. I can’t say they r cheater but defend you they don’t pay attention to the customers and about their rate! That’s pity. Will not order from them again and don’t advice to anyone!”

“As per the other reviews, I can confirm that this is an absolute scam of a company. This is the first company I have ever in my life left a review for, and I wish I could give 0 stars for it. I placed an order on the 9th of March, which never arrived. I have been sending numerous emails since trying to get my money back. Was told weeks ago (after over 3 months of trying to contact them and getting nowhere) that my refund would be processed and in my account within 14 days. That time has since passed and no refund. I am now trying to chase them up yet again. I'm unsure how this company hasn't been shut down as it clearly is a complete scam and run by fraudsters?”
