The price of the products is quite low and attractive. My first experience with Carethy was great, from product selection, delivery and perfect condition. The second experience did not go so well because after 5 days of the estimated delivery time, I received an email stating that 2 products were not available. Still, customer support indicated products in the same category, so I could choose another one.

Placed an order on in august 2019 and didnt get the order but I'still haven't recieved my refund. Carethy just keep lying. Its a fraud/scam don't order anything. The first order will be deliver on time but if you order again you won't recieve your package or your money back.

Fraudulent Company, should be ashamed of yourselves. I am still awaiting a refund after many months. It appears you have ongoing “technical issues “ that allows you to take peoples payments but doesn’t allow you to process a refund. !! Disgraceful company.

Absolutely disgusting company. Seems everyone is having the same issue as me with them robbing you of money with no items ever being sent. Emailed to say no stock so I can order something else or have points blah blah, i requested a refund and surprise surprise, no refund and keep fobbing me off that they have technical issues and why would it ever take 14 working days to refund, SCAMMERS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Now going through my credit card company to get my money back, thank god for credit card cover!

FRAUD COMPANY!!!! I did not receive my order and after claiming my refund they say their system is failing and I have not been receiving answers from real people, just bots. I wish I had read the reviews before. I can’t believe this website it’s still working!!!!

My one experience with this company has been good. I ordered DAOfood Plus capsules on Aug. 16, 2020. I got a notice the next day saying my order had been shipped. Then I came here to this site and read all the reviews saying it's a scam company and orders are never fulfilled. So I thought I got stiffed for $60 (with shipping). But 3 and a half weeks later, the product showed up. And that really is not unreasonable time for a parcel from Spain to Canada. They had estimated delivery to take just 10 days. And in fact it took 24 days. But it arrived, and that's the important thing! I will order from them again if I like this product and need more.

Biggest Scam website. Please please do not buy anything from them. My order had got cancelled due to not in stock issue. They persuaded me to buy something similar from their website for which I refused and asked them to cancel my order. They cancelled it and said I would get my refund with 14 working days. It has been over a month and I have not received my refund. Their customer service is pathetic and they are giving lame excuses as their payment system suffered failure and my refund would be processed soon. They dont give any ETA on the same . Apparently I just checked the reviews and a lot of people are suffering. I wish I had checked these reviews before itself. Anyway, i am following up with my Bank and lawyer on this issue. The company is registered in Spain. I have also sent a mail to their domain registrar. I will be taking legal action against them

HERE IS WHAT YOU DO WHEN YOU GET SCAMMED BY CARETHY! Worked for me. Try it out for yourself. 1) use the contact on their page to ask for cancellation and a refund 2) after they reply, they’re going to try and sell you more products with a code or the story of 2 weeks before they refund you. 3) write back and demand your money up to 48 hours or you’re gonna contact the bank. 4) write a negative review stating that there is a delay in refunds and you still didn’t get your money back. They only take care of the TrustPilot reviews, so write on TrustPilot in the general English version, as well as your country’s version. 5) they reply to negative reviews about refunds quickly, maybe up to 3-4 days. After they reply, they will send you an email that your money has been refunded. It will take another 2 or so days for that money to be back on your account. Good luck

LIARS, SCAMMERS FRAUD I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. Yesterday, I received my package, which was empty!!!! How are these people getting away with this. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They take your money and then send empty packages. I am so shocked about how quickly it was to get robbed by Carethy.

Again I have just realised I have received several different reference numbers for my order so therefore none of them are accepted on the Carethy Website. I cannot print the words I have for this company so I'll be polite SCAMMERS....

DO NOT use this company. They will take your money, not contact you and then not deliver your item. As good as stealing. I am still waiting for an item and have no response from them. Absolutely dreadful.

THIEVES! SCAMMERS! LIARS! That is what this company is. They took my money only to tell me 2 weeks later no stock. Offered me points or a refund. I opted for a full refund... this is when the bs started. Technical issues, 14 days waiting period, IT issues bla bla bla! They are a disgrace for the world. They are thieves and nothing less. STAY AWAY!!

Ordered in July, waited four weeks, enquired and was offered refund or 10% on another order. Requested refund about six times now. No refund and it’s mid September. I’m not going to stop haunting them. Seems to be their MO. Don’t use them!!

I wish i had read the reviews earlier. As I read they keep doing it the same way. I ordered products, I got information they were out of stock, I was promised refund but after weeks their only information is they have technical problems sending money. READ REVIEWS before buying anything. I'm not going to leave it like this. It's not only about money. Being cheated is frustrating.

I ordered from them in March and still have not received my goods, sent loads of emails only to be told that there is a problem and the money will be refunded...still nothing!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
