“I placed an order with them, over a week later they messaged me telling me that they couldn’t fulfil my order because of stock issues... they cancelled my order and said that a refund would take 14 working days to appear in my bank account. It is now the end of the day on the 16th working day with no reply to emails I’ve sent asking whats going on. AVOID.”

“Unbelievably hopeless 😩 worst company to deal with. 4 weeks after complaining my products arrive. Multiple complaints made to deaf ears as never responded. Also made complaints to their Facebook page only to be told to make a complaint through their complaints team. What a joke! Don’t buy anything from them!!!”

“THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER HAD INTERACTION WITH. My package is two weeks late and none of my shipment tracking links work. I've reached out to them about my order FIVE TIMES and have not received any help with my package. They have not gotten back to me about my order, a new shipment, or a refund. -8/10 would recommend this company.”

“DO NOT BUY. They might have good prices but it is not worth it. You will wait forever to receive your parcel, IF you receive it one day. Then they'll tell you that they couldn't get the product you bought, and the reimbursement will take 14 days. You'll never see your money again. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING IN THIS WEBSITE.”

“PLEASE DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A FRAUD AND HAVE 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. THEY STOLE $70 FROM ME AND I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. THEY DONT ANSWER TO EMAILS OR CUSTOMER DEMANDS. I HAD TO FILE A FRAUD CLAIM WITH MY CREDIT CARD.”

“It's crazy I had fallen for this trick before realising this is a total scam website. Please do not order from this website. My order never arrived over the 2 weeks specified date. I rang them but no answer. Later sent an enquiry to be told the product is out of stock and unlikely to be replenished. I ask for a refund over 2 months ago. Honestly I don't understand how this website is trading and scamming people.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could I would give this company zero stars, It is a scam. Waiting over 3 weeks for a refund for an order placed in March. Tracked order to see5on the courier service website that my parcel had been refused to be taken by courier company after an x-ray??? Then an email informed me that they have received 'my return' and will process a refund. Still waiting, too many different email addresses from this company. No one replies only an automated response in very bad English. Do not use this company for shopping.”

“I orderd 2 items PURELL Advanced Gel Hand Sanitizer 1L in 2020, March 9 ( order reference : PHA-US-200309193053478 ) They have send me emails that the items will be delayed so I cancelled them and I requested my money back according to the method of payment . I am waiting for over 8 weeks now for the refund . STILL no refund . REFUND MY MONEY ASAP !! DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE !!”

“I ordered. they give me the track number doesn't work. the link they give to me. shows parcel had return back to carethy. I send few times email to ask then they don't answer me. no one!when I order ed, they email me said will be delivery on 14-19of may. but the track information shows they delivered on 7/5. that was funny cause I didn't receive any thing. after few days shows return back to the carethy. then I ask again what happened? no one answer. now! I want the money return. other wise I will let the police know! that is so bad to cheat people money! no one is easy! the money is no come from the sky! everyone need to be careful! don't order from carethy! this is first time I am not happy with online shopping!”

“After waiting about a week for a tracking number I noticed it was saying payment not showing? Even though I payed with credit card. Upon contacting them I was informed they were waiting for stock to arrive and payment had been received. Another week I am informed they cant get item. So now I just want my money back and tell them so. 2 more days for a reply then do I want a refund or store credit, WTF really. No I want my money back. 3 days later it will take max 14 working days to refund, well thats been and gone and no refund as yet. Never again.”

“Do not order from them First order was on time and no issues so I ordered from them again. Second other half was substituted with a product only vaguely similar and one bottle of perfum missing. Was eventually told I was getting a refund but never got it, still waiting over 30 days and no reply to last email.”

“If I could give this website a negative rating I would. Mid-sold hand gel that they clearly didn’t have in stock. Total scam. Not refund if money just compensation of 300 points which is 89pence and not the £60 spent during a pandemic. Absolute joke and scam. Avoid purchasing anything from this website. They should be shut down.”

“My order was supposed to have arrived on the 22 of April 2020 but it didn't. I contacted them only to be informed that the product is no longer available. I requested for a refund and up till now, I have not received my refund. I have sent countless messages and they keep making excuses. Still no refund. Avoid and please avoid this company.”

“Tldr; Shadey seller. Ordered a bottle of hair gloss. Didn't see any notifications of extra charges until I got my receipt in the email. £5 for delivery sure it's a big bottle but an extra £7 for random yoga insurance is a no. Emailed to cancel order straight away. Got an email telling me that I didn't uncheck the box so that's why I'm charged. Wasn't what I was asking for but OK cancel and refund anyway (this took two days and still hadn't shipped) was told refund would be at max 14 days. Been over a month now. Shadey seller.”
