“Waiting over 8 weeks now for a refund for an order placed in March 20. Excuse after excuse as to why I have not had a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE NO REGARD FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS”

“Hand sanitizer ordered but they sent it to the wrong country and it was returned to them and they don't refund or reply to emails. I've since discovered this is what they do and very few people get anything nor do the get refunded. Total scam”

“Carethy charges shipping and insurance on items that never come. They offer no customer service only a long line of emails promising future support. Dont hold your breath. Im out over $150.00”

“I cancelled my order because of the unacceptable delay in dispatching goods. Very poor communication. I then requested my money back, and the delay for refunds is 14 days (welcome to 19th century). It's been over two weeks after the 14 day waiting period and I am still waiting for the refund. I have sent them many emails and some bull...t about systems having a problem... It’s impossible to contact them by phone. I am suspecting fraud / scam and I will be speaking to my bank about recovering my payment.”

“After I read all the bad reviews, I was so scared and wanted to cancel because I already ordered. I wrote in and they responded to me immediately. However the product I bought ( mini ghd gold straightener) alr sent out. But it came on time 2 days after I ordered thru DHL. The product is original and good! I love it! So this company is not really that bad like most of ppl said? I am happy with the product and service!”

“Ordered 2 months ago, finally received my order. No confirmation was sent, but was able to track my order through my account which I created upon checkout. Would not order from this website again. Product was of good quality, Customer service- disgrace, Shipping- even worse”

“I ordered a 1 gallon size hand sanitizer back in early March and still have not received my product. I requested a refund in mid April and was told that I would receive my refund in 14 business days. 15 business days later still no refund or product, I contacted them again and was told that the refund was right on schedule. I contacted them again on 5/9/20, 5/14/20, 5/19/20, 5/21/20 all through email as before and never received a reply back from them. I am beyond upset with these people. I am contacting the BBB. I need my money or my product. Will never order through them again”

“Total scam - didnt post my order and now being fobbed off by bot mail responses. I was told refund would be in max 14 days but nothing. Had to cancel my Credit card as they keep your details and will not allow you to delete them. Please avoid this site and report them to their hosting company!”

“Placed order before reading reviews for £75.00 consignment arrived 8 days later with everything in the parcel very happy with product and service only complaint was the parcel ref didn't work with the tracking site so was a little unsure if it would arrive”

“Didn’t receive what I ordered, only part of the order, tried to contact the company online, it comes up that my order doesn’t even exist, when I tried to send them email to the email address given on their website, my email wouldn’t send, saying not existing recipient email address. Basically, spent 47 euro, and no service was provided. At least I didn’t spend more! Should have read all reviews. DO NOT ORDER, scam !”

“Bought hand sanitizer gel on March 6 from Carethy but after one month I contacted them & they told me the carrier had lost it & they would replace in 14 days. It has still not arrived mid May & I asked for a refund - same story down. I have now requested a refund 7 times. Do NOT order from this company”
