“i ordered hair dye and bleach on 15/04/2020 and it is now 2 days past the due date and my order is still processing. Have come on here to see all the bad reviews for hand sanitizers (which are in a much higher demand than hair dye right now) and not really any bad reviews for hair dye. Am unsure as to whether i have been scammed or not as many reviews label this website as scammers. Has anyone ordered hair dye from here recently and actually got it? I’m going to wait a week before i count my losses and call my bank to cancel the transaction as i think you can still do that before it hits 3 weeks. Will update if my order arrives.”

“This organisation is an absolute joke! Ordered products on the 6th March. Said it had been despatched on the 11th March - still waiting!!! Have emailed them on many occasions and nobody gets back onto me. I understand there is a global pandemic but other companies have managed to operate successfully and deliver products. I am owed nearly £20 and am very doubtful that I am going to see either my money or the products. It’s disgraceful. NEVER order anything from them....... Shameful”

“At first I thoughtI will never receive my order after reading all the reviews. I had to email them thrice to know about the shipment and delivery date. Finally I received my supplement today after waiting for 1.5 months. I'm lucky I should say. Thankyou Carethy.”

“So, the order finally came in but much like many of the reviewers here I initially thought this was some kind of scam. If you look at the dates of most reviews they are all over the past 2 months, and with people buying a ton of stuff online due to the lockdown this has put a major stress on all kinds of companies, seems its affecting this one more however. My tracking number didnt even work for an entire week and then all of sudden it was there, all in all I think it took 4 weeks for the package to come in.”

“I ordered from Carethy as the product I wanted was cheapest on their site. I ordered without doing any research into the company and then panicked when I saw the bad reviews. I emailed the company straight away for reassurance and to this day I haven’t received a reply. However, the product has arrived and on time despite all the issues at the moment. I think it takes a while as products are sent from Spain. Overall I can say the service for getting the product here was good but their customer service is AWFUL. Please look into sorting that out. Reply to your customers and they will feel secure to keep coming back again and again. I can’t say I would order from them again but I am happy with the order I received. Thank you.”

“i ordered before reading all of the bad reviews. Placed my order on 3/11 and received on 3/26. They are in Spain and it will take a few weeks to get your order. They also did a switch and provided a different, but what they think is a comparable product and failed to notify me of the switch. I ordered Purell and htey provided some no0name brand of hand sanitizer. Overall, not a great experience but i did receive a similar product to the one that i ordered. Also, the packaging was minimal and one of the bottles was leaking on arrival.”

“Ordered some hand sanitisers to be shipped to Singapore. Was having a minor meltdown about my order; I only thought to check reviews after making my purchase. Seems like I was one of the lucky few who actually got my product. Shipping was estimated for 21 Feb but arrived on 3 March. The order was “processing” for about a week before any updates were given. Tracking number was provided but the courier website was quite difficult to use. Halfway through I received emails notifying me that my product was out of stock although on the courier website it was already in transit, which was pretty confusing. Doubt I’ll order again from this site despite the cheap prices.”

“This company is operating a scam...NEVER BUY from them, they have not refunded me my money yet for two orders I have not received...€80 still has not been refunded. They are in Based in Spain & they always just email back to say sorry they are out of stock & then never refund your money. Their website should be closed down...BEWARE”

“Unfortunately, they sure have good prices, but they are not really serious. They gave me a delivery date, but when this date came, the product was still in "processing" phase. When I asked for cancellation, they complied quickly but reimbursement took 2 weeks and a reminder to be done. Basically, if you really want cheap supplements, go look somewhere else, you'll have a better experience.”

“UPDATE :: After 20 more days .. So ,in these 20 days I gave them at least 3 more reminders asking the status of my refund , but sadly no reply. Till this point I had gave up checking my bank app looking for a miracle to happen. But I still gave then reminders every 4-5 days and every time I wrote them a reminder I mentioned that "This is my seventh or eighth reminder". I did that on purpose because in the future if I had to fight a legal battle against them, then I have a proof that I gave them like total 10 reminders but they did nothing .. Another thing I did in these 20 days was I uploaded some negative reviews on various websites about Carethy , telling people about my personal experience ,not getting refund and worst support from customer care along with my order Number... Day 21 and I received a mail for Carethy stating that your refund was processed yesterday along with some Stripe ID number and please wait for 14 more days . Again my hopes very high ,but I also thought that all this was just a gimmick , this all has already happened with me 2 times before and may be this was all just to keep me quite for 14 more days , but on the other hand I thought that what was the need for them to reply now if all this is a scam.. Well I didn't had any other option except to wait and watch .. Day 22.. I checked the app for my credit card in the afternoon and there it was .. my full refund amount. I don't know how it happened whether it was because of the reminders or the negative reviews I posted on various sites or their service is just so dumb, but I got my money back somehow. After all this if you ask me whether Carethy is a scam website ? I would says NO, because a scammer doesn't refund your money in any case whatsoever. So will I buy from them again or even recommend this site to anyone? Again a big No. where is the problem ? why are so many people complaining that this site is a scam ? Well I think they are really really slow in processing orders and their customer care is pathetic , people try to communicate with customer care and when they do not respond they think that they have been scammed and give negative reviews on various websites and never follow them back.. which is totally fine , even I did the same .. But eventually after 3-4 months when they get their refund they don't care to update their review which is again totally fine. Glad that I got my money back and proud that I didn't make a purchase from a fake website , having a good knowledge of computers I was surprised by myself that how can I not tell the difference between a genuine and a fake website, but turns out they are just dumbos not scammers...”

“I posted a review two days (02.10.2020) ago and again I wrote an email to Carethy and they replied me that they have already made the refund and I will get the money in 48 h. Today 04.10.2020 finally I got my money back. If I didn’t write a reviews, I think I would not have got my money back.”

“After 2 months from the order I finally received the products, but I mask got open and leaked as non of the items (5) were packed properly. Their customer care reply very bad and rare, they don’t understand what u t trying to explain. I asked in advance to pack properly as it was supposed to be sent from Europe to Asia. I can’t say they r cheater but defend you they don’t pay attention to the customers and about their rate! That’s pity. Will not order from them again and don’t advice to anyone!”

“I ordered 2x pkts of six soap cakes, one delivered and Six cakes of luxury soap missing, Maja soap in an Orange pack missing ? Haven't replied to one of my Emails. If your reading this Carthy Team its GEOFF From Wattle Grove Sydney NSW. I'm very disappointed 6 x Cakes missing of soap. 7 weeks plus overdue.”

“I ordered same thing same day from Carethy and Yummy Bazaar. the later was received from the US in 1 week, the former in 3 weeks, with signing for a 12$ item, was originally shipped from Spain, transited by the Netherlands to finally land in the US...The package was in horrendous condition and it is a miracle the glass container inside was not broken...”
