“Carethy es una web completa, intuitiva y muy bien estructurada. Encuentras gran variedad de productos a precios imbatibles. Me gusta la opción de poder opinar sobre tu compra, siempre y cuando esté verificada. Es la mejor manera de orientar a futuros compradores de manera real y honesta. Ofrecen buenas promociones a los miembros registrados y, con cada compra acumulas puntos que luego canjeas por descuentos. Y te puedes registrar en su newsletter para estar al tanto de promociones. Solo por hacerlo obtienes un 10% en tu compra. La atención al cliente es rápida y eficaz. Son muchas las vías con las que puedes contactar, incluso tienen chat inmediato donde solucionan cualquier tipo de duda que tengas y, en caso de falta de stock de algún producto te dan opciones variadas o te avisan cuando esté disponible. El tiempo de entrega es rápido, todo llega protegido y en perfecto estado. Los gastos de envío son adecuados aunque echo de menos que haya un mínimo de compra para que sean gratuitos. Otro detalle a mejorar sería incluir alguna muestra en el paquete, esas cosas se valoran mucho. Sin duda una tienda de referencia para incluir en mis favoritos.”

“Mucha variedad en productos de estética, droguería y peluquería a muy buenos precios. En mi caso los envíos siempre llegaron en unas 48h.”

“Tengo el pelo rizo entonces estuve viendo en internet páginas para comprar productos para mi cabello Entonces encontré Carethy Y me puse a investigar un poco Ya que antes de comprar algo en internet siempre miro los comentarios de los clientes y tal Y la verdad viendo los comentarios me quedé dudando, ya que habia muchos comentarios negativos, pero también había comentarios positivos entonces me quedé con un poco de miedo la verdad, hasta que decidí probar Compre algunas cosas para mi cabello Pero me llevé una sorpresa Tuve una experiencia bastante bien, salvo por un producto que pedí pero no estaba disponible y me contactaron , me lo explicaron bien y me dieron alternativas, eso fue lo que me gustó, el trato conmigo y que el pedido no tardó mucho en llegar. Ya es la tercera vez que compro en Carethy y sin duda lo seguiré haciendo. Muchas gracias por el trato recibido🙏🏾”

“The product i recived was wrong and damaged. Also i knw that the product got damaged on the way due to customes so i dont blame carethy for that.However i got my full refund with in a week. I am so happy. The customer service was promt in replying to my email. Evrytym i was so rude with them reading all the reviews but no ..dey replied very proffessionaly n answered to my evry query within 24 hours of wait max. I am very happy with the service. If ur package is delayed its becoz of the customes not carethy. Trust me i learned it the hard way. Yes the products whr not what i ordered but whr still good n useable. I knw its not justified but i recived full refund after reciving equally good product. Thank you carethy”

“Complete sham I ordered my product in May After chasing for several weeks they told me I will receive a refund. I have now sent 5 emails chasing my refund and I still have received no refund. Please do not buy from these gangsters.”

“CarethyService was excellent, despite Corona Virus pandemic which slowed everything down. Ordered on 19 May was shipped on 20th May. Received on 8th June. Very pleasant customer service. I will order from them again.”

“After I read all the bad reviews, I was so scared and wanted to cancel because I already ordered. I wrote in and they responded to me immediately. However the product I bought ( mini ghd gold straightener) alr sent out. But it came on time 2 days after I ordered thru DHL. The product is original and good! I love it! So this company is not really that bad like most of ppl said? I am happy with the product and service!”
